Only ice machine that worked was on the first floor, none of the vending machines work, we cannot get CBS or NBC on the TV, when I told the front desk about it she said " Well I'd have to call the manager about that." And itappeared that that was going to be something she couldn't/wouldn't wat to do. Not impressed.

This was an excellent stay. This property is very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. The only improvement I would recommend is microwaves in the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is much better than most hotels; eggs, sausage, home fries, bagels, make your own waffles, muffins, hot or cold cereal and an assortment of juices or coffee. Will definitely be my first choice when I return to the area.

Great location, amenities, and customer service. The hotel was clean and updated. The daily breakfast was very good. The hotel is in walking distance from shops and restaurants, but it was also an easy drive to other restaurants, skiing, and lake areas. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would look forward to staying here again for our next visit.

Our room wasn’t that clean, the tv had a grainy effect and you could barely watch it, and there was only one towel for us to shower with.

Room was clean and nice. Inconvenient was that they didn't provide enough bath towels. We are 4 people but just 2 bath towels. When we asked for more they said that don't have today. 😀 same story for pool. Breakfast was pretty small selection and not enough for amount of people that stayed in the hotel. Staff was kinda indifferent...

It was an okay stay. We stayed for the use of the indoor pool for our family since it’s winter time, but the pool room and the water temp were way too cold for comfort. We would’ve used it more if it had been warmer. The room itself was decent and pretty clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The cable service for the TV, though, was lousy. It seemed as though all the family/children’s channels had poor service and came in fuzzy. Other channels were oddly fine. This was a small thing, but it was frustrating that we booked a room with two beds (and on record for three people staying) and we only had two bath towels. Breakfast was standard for a free hotel breakfast, but the eggs we had on the second day tasted kind of funny. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay, just a lot of little things that made it mediocre. I will likely look for a different hotel if we make this trip again.

The room had a few issues in bathroom. The toilet didn’t always flush correctly, the facet on sink was loose, and the shower didn’t drain well so water pooled enough that I was concerned it would overflow. The pool area did not provide any towels. The breakfast was ok, nothing great.

If you want to be right down in Laconia this is a great spot. I was visiting local family and we decided to stay here since it was off season pricing. I understand - but abhor - the massive price hikes during summer months. So this Thanksgiving stay was a nice change on rates.

The hairdryer in our room was tough to work plus the end of it was melted so the diffuser part would not attach. We brought it the front desk and the guy workings seemed like we were bothering him. He got the hairdryer to work but ignored the melted end. The TV in our room had some issues and the remote was very cheap. We were left with only 1/4 roll of toilet paper. There was only 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. We also had to call someone to help with the heater. And no way to open the window. No microwave in the room either.

It was okay. Day 1, whick was a Sunday...if you were one of the 1st people to breakfast, the selection was good. My mom got there about 1/2 way thru, to find almost everything except cereal and bagels was gone. No waffle mix, no yoguart, no muffins. Glad I was the 1st one there. The next morning, all they had was cereal, bagels eggs and sausage. I'm not big on any of them, so I didn't eat. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable, although the front desk staff was no help at all, if you had questions about anything...including where the post office was.
