Location: Reasonably close to Callaway or Warm Springs with an enjoyable country drive.
Nice staff, nice breakfast, nice location next to mall.

Pros: Location, clean, price and hot breakfast.
Location: Restaurants and shopping close.
This is not a brand new hotel. If you are looking to stay at the Ritz, then pay for the Ritz. I was on a budget and this place fulfilled on my requirements. It's a bit dated and the stairs are outside of the hotel. However, the staff was friendly and my room was comfortable and clean. My dad boasted of his hotel the next town over until he found out for my discount price that unlike him I had a hair dryer, iron/ironing board, coffee machine, microwave, fridge and free breakfast. Restaurants (including Cracker Barrel & Starbucks) and shopping very close. Right off the interstate too. I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. No one bothered us and i felt very safe. Staff was great and woul go the extra mile to make you comfortable. The hotel is an older one however it has been well maintained. The room had a door to the outside so no need in going thru the lobby.

All the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Front desk staff was helpful in finding local businesses. The room was clean and comfortable.
