"Paid for hotel and unaware we do not have a room."
Hotel was booked on Expedia website for three 2 adults and one childs, received confirmation of payment and reservations four days before. Unaware the hotel does not accommodate child, can only accommodate couples. The worst come to the worst the hotel confirmed the reservations was declined due to they don't accept child. After a few minutes on the telephone, explaining we don't have any where to stay. They finally gave a rooms with 2 bed and one cot bed. For families with kids do not rely on the email confirmations you received by email, do ring the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights overall the front office staff were nice and helpful. It seemed a new hotel and nice rooms well cleaned. The only downfall will the breakfast not enough poster or noticed to remind people of opening or closing time on different days. Many people have missed breakfast and the restaurant staff were quick to clean the coffee machine even people were still having breakfast, they should have waited until the breakfast time was over to clean the two machine. One of the hotel restaurant staff was even swearing in French, why some of the people are asking for milk,tea when they have already clean the machine.
