Very nice modern clean hotel and for the money, absolutley perfect. Rooms were very clean and comfortable Breakfast was 90% continental with a couple of warm dishes too. All very nice with pleanty of choice and the Staff couldn't have been more helpful. A good 20 mins + walk from the old port but the tram No 2 stops right outside the hotel every 10 mins and takes you more than 3/4 of the way to the port. Buy a 3 day transport pass for around 21 Euro. This allows you to go by train, tram, metro or bus. Local busses from the old port will take you along the fab costal route to the beaches, Notre Dame, and to many other attractions. Most restaurants by the old port have a 15 Euro set 3 course menu. Irish Bar at the port is very popular. Take a 2 hour boat trip to see the Calanques, such a fantastic trip with stunning views. Commentry is French but they hand out an English written guide on request. Chateaux D'if is a little dissapointing, lots of bare stone rooms but still worth seing. If you have never been to Marseille I would recommend you do. There is so much to see and do that you will struggle to fit it all in. I will visit and stay hear again.

We had an excellent stay and couldn't really fault it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, excellent bed and it was very quiet for a hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.

The staff spoke English and were very kind and accommodating. The room we had was nice (very beachy), well maintained and clean. The hotel was just a little off of a main street that goes right to downtown Marseille (vieux-port). While it wasn't my favorite hotel of our trip, for the price (especially during vacation time in France), it was perfect.

Lovely new hotel. Very modern and stylish. Beds so comfy and whole place spotlessly clean. Roomy bathroom with soft fresh towels
Lovely to have tea / coffee making facilities. Every member of staff very friendly and efficient. Great breakfast. Fab location near sea front, MuCem and Le Panier but only 10 minute walk from Vieux Port. Would definitely return
