Very bad customer service. The Receptionist couldn't wait for us to get out of our car to check in so she could lock up and leave. The Hotel is between 2 major highways so there is constant noise from high speed cars passing by as well as the noise from the Toll gate outside the window. The Hotel is securely locked to keep to locals out. No Receptionist after 4.00pm, just an after hours number that they won't answer. They advertise WiFi internet access but this didn't work and when we complained they just said they couldn't do anything about it. Our room was very noisy from road traffic and when I asked for an iron they said they didn't have one. When I asked for a discount because of NO internet and NO iron as had been advertised - an iron appeared instantly. Other guests including an elderly couple, with a prior booking, arrived and could not get access to the Hotel because the Reception was closed and no one would answer the after hours telephone number. We helped them by paying for their room on our credit card and them paying us in cash. This is what the Receptionist is paid for. The double Bed was very small, I wouldn't even call it a double. It was a little bit larger then a 3/4 single. DO NOT STAY here, spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. A rating of ONE is too high - it should be zero. This Hotel should be re rate and taken off Hotels.com listing.
