“disappointed”

very small room gare saint lazare is next door and the train makes quite a lot of noise no dry cleaner service place Clichy is not a very safe place in Paris but metro Rome is at 2min walking no room service no service and maintenance after 6pm I booked this hotel after checking the very good reviews and it was not a good idea, i am disappointed by the room and by the unpleasant staff The good things are room very clean only 5 stations to Champs Elysees I will not book again

“FILTHY Bathroom, Dated rooms and furnishings, no "free" airport shuttle as advertised.”

Stayed at this hotel 3/6-3/8/2011. Staff ok, breakfast ok. First, the bathroom was not just dirty it was filthy, complete with old toilet, old 1-inch square tiled shower with BLACK, MOLDY grout throughout. Furnishings, curtains, carpet, colors, design I'm sure were all ok at some time, like maybe 1970. Hotel advertises free airport shuttle. NO free airport shuttle during off hours and it will cost you about $30 for a taxi to the airport. Be sure to add that cost to the room rate so you know how much it really costs. Staff were pleasant and trying to be helpful, but service is not what you would expect from how they advertise. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE RATED NO HIGHER THAN 3-STAR..I WOULD GIVE IT 2.

Neighborhood where hotel is located is in a dirty, seedy part of town. Best bets are the hotels on or near the beach.

“Hall Carpet worn”

Hotel was OK. Carpet in the hallway on my floor was faded and worn. Hotel was overall a little tired. The room floors need to be re-novated. Kuwait hotel rooms are expensive.. Staff was freindly.

“Give it a miss”

“Point of no Return”

Hotel was not conveniently located to restuarants. Not located in an upscale neighborhood. Difficult to get in and out in a vehicle.

“Competent Business Hotel”

Booking through Expedia was simple and the hotel picked up my booking request for the hotel courtesy bus to meet me at the airport. The hotel is aimed at the business user. The check in was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well equipped and featured free wi-fi which is an essential these days and in my view should never be an extra in any hotel. The gym was a disappointment, just 1 old running machine, a bike a small set of weights and a 4m long free standing pool. Breakfast was a buffet and good quality Overall the experience was what I expected and the hotel was good value for money. I would recommend the hotel to other business travellers

“A highly recommended hotel in Kuwait City”

Stayed in the hotel for 1 night on a business trip. The location was superb, lots of restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. The staff were friendly and their service standards were superb. Internet connect in the room was fast and very easy to setup. Room was clean, spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The airport pick-up would save you a few Kuwait dinars. Highly recommended for business trips.

“Outstanding Staff”

The Bellmen, Parking Valet & Driving staff provided outstanding service! I was there for 5 weeks, and by the end of the first week, they knew my schedule, and were waiting with my keys when I reached the lobby door. The only disappointment was the gym area. Replacing the current equipment with a universal machine would triple the functionality and make the gym equipment much more usable.

FANTASTIC breakfast buffet...best I have seen. 2 great restaurants in the hotel, and shopping mall entrance where Pizza Hut, Charley's Subs, Burger King and Baskin Robbins can be found as well as numerous cafe's and sandwich shops.

“Amazing Hotel”

By far one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Rooms were great - clean and very comfortable. Loved being so close to shopping and Starbucks!Amazing is all I can keep saying!

“Good Value For Money”

The hotel is quite well situated in the center of kuwait city and ajoins the mall next door. the breakfast was included as part of the room rate and had plenty of variety and also a chef was on hand to do breakfast egg dishes.

you need a car to get around the city and enjoy the various attractions.
