I was visiting my family and chose this hotel as it was only a ten minute walk away. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, housekeeping standards were excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good hotel with very helpful staff. Breakfast was fine and the restaurant served pleasant food. Rooms are well arranged, although the bed was strangely (in this day and age) not that comfortable. You are in the heart of the town, so easy access to restaurants and a surfeit of cafes (all very similar). Highly recommended especially if they update their mattresses.

Good hotel overall. However, one of the room’s had a slight stale smoking smell. The worst part was the ACs had to be turned on when we got there and it took 12 hours to reduce room temp from 28C to 22C. It would be good if they could turn the ACs on at least 12 hours before check-in.

It was nice , staff are good , rooms is comfortable and clean.no vale service , we park our car to Migros and hotel joint parking , this must be mentioned to guess when they book . Otherwise parking also not possible in front of hotel. Breakfast was not good but reasonable .

A nice place in central Kutahya
We spent two nights at the Hilton Garden. The hotel is nice and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Emre in the restaurant helpfully shared his knowledge of the local ceramics industry, explaining some of the items in a wonderful display in the hotel. The hotel shares the building with other businesses, so it can be a bit confusing to find. Also, the parking garage is not clearly marked, but aside from that our stay was quite pleasant. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so it is convenient for business visits.

A night in heaven!
We just stopped here for one night. It's a Hilton so you expect something decent. The beds are heaven. The room was great - not huge but super clean and comfy. The bathroom - perfect. The breakfast - to die for as usual in a Hilton and particularly good since it was during Ramazan and was available from 2am to 10am and still, at 9.30, was fresh and tasty. However it is a small (and cheap) Hilton. There's no pool and the gym is tiny - 2 bikes and 2 treadmills and a couple of other things only. No sauna or spa. There aren't any views really as it's in the middle of town but the street it's on is full of touristy shops and nice little places to eat and the hotel itself is above Burger King! I would definitely stay here again particularly as the staff are friendly, helpful and have excellent English.

The hotel is centrally located and has reasonably prices. None of the staff could speak English. We stayed two nights and were happy with the quality of the room and bed. The card key that they gave us didn’t work several times which was a hassle.

This is the nicest hotel In Kütahya. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of offerings and was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff all spoke English.

Nice hotel. I would stay again.
Very nice comfortable clean and quiet room. Bathtoom is new and clean. Mattresses are comfortable. Breakfast is good. Parking conveniently available. Hotel is on main street and next to a Migros where you can find everything Only problem we had is that we booked a nonsmoking room and they lied to us and said we booked a smoking room. When i showed them my reservation confirmation then they said hotels.com made a mistake. Pure lying. Hotels.com did not offer much of a help here.

Hiton honours black marble sitting on the reception counter full of dust no body bothered to dust it off , ı earned them , next morning ı checked again no body cleaned it samd dust, Ownersip to company is minus Disvipline minus Not like Hilton!

An oldest hotel that could be modernized. But pleasant public areas, a food menu that offers international dish. The bed was to soft but for one night it was ok. Internet was problematic. Staff was uber nice and friendly and could not do enough to ensure that you are happy. I do recommend this hotel
