Such a great spot to enjoy the sites of Kumamoto in the day and relax with a comfortable onsen at night. Sakaramachi and Shinshigai is also within walking distance so there is no need to worry about finidng a restaurant nearby.

The English level of the staff is good. It’s easy to communicate even u don’t speak Japanese. The instructions of the hotel facilities like the hot spring is clear.

Lovely hotel. Warning that the rooms are on the small side. They have hot spring at the top. Free laundry (dryer cost money). They also provide late night ramen too!

It is a Japanese family style hotel with hot spring. Room is spacious and price is very affordable. It has jelly in the fridge when you arrive room. It also provides some ice creams after the hot spring. Ramen is served after 9:30 pm. This is the second time we choose this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at this property several times, although it is showing its age, it doesn't take away all the other benefits the property has to offer. The breakfast buffet was great. I also like that they have an onsen and self-service laundry. I don't know when they took away the free beer after the onsen, and the train station free-shuttle service. All in all, it's still very good value for the money (also, book a larger room if you can, because the regular rooms are really very small)

I love this place!
This place is nice! Ammenities are amazing. The location is perfect for the places we wanted to see as a family. Definitely will return to this exact hotel.

It is a value for money stay for us. We can enjoy hot spring as well as free ramen and coffees in the hotel. That would be very good! Moreover the staff are helpful. It is a good hotel choice.
