너무친절하구 조식뷔페넘 맛있구요 호텔 로비에 바에있는 싱어분들덕에 귀도 너무 호강했네요 객실상태도 완전 깔끔 넘좋구요 전경도너무좋았어요!!

택시타면 공항에서 꽤 가까움

Pros: 깔끔하고 안락한 시설
Cons: 룸서비스 , 특히 파스타 맛은...별루였어요
Location: 주변에 작은 쇼핑몰들이 있긴한데 더 큰 쇼핑몰 spring으로 가시려면 택시타고 나가야 될것 같아요
시설도 좋고 직원들도 친절하고 다 좋았습니다만 룸서비스는..가격에 비해 맛이 없어서 차라리 나가서 드시는걸 추천 드려요 ^^

Pros: good location
Cons: when we showered somehow there was water outside the door of bathroom despite shower door being closed
Location: we had excellent midnight food on road next to hilton
no problems at all good location, quiet , wonder flu view from window of city

Central to town and shopping

Pros: Spacious, great staff, excellent location
Cons: New roll of toilet every day, otherwise provide a spare roll!
Location: Plenty of places to shop and eat. Top Spot is a great place to eat
On a previous stay was on a lower level and views were not so good. Provision of toiletries was not always consistent and it is very important to always have sufficient paper

Nice design, would rate it 3+ to 4 Star

Pros: Huge modern Gym, super comfy "king koil" bed
Cons: Construction noise at the Pool, Room key card not working (again and again every day) Room furniture is wornout
Location: Location is good, close to river. Recommend going to Cafe Brooks for dinner and on a trip to "Fairy Cave" in Bau (45mins drive)
Our stay was nice with minor disappointments. Breakfast buffet (to be payed extra) was big and had many hot asia dishes. But was not as "wow" as expected in a Pullman Hotel. The building was nice and clean with modern design inside, but looks like it needs a bit of 'cleaning from the outside' (dirty windows and facade). Room had good comfort, super bed, big window and was of good size. Cleaning lady was likely to small to reach the upper part of the bathroom mirror. I usually do not care about such things but expect it from a 5* Hotel. Most annoying: we were standing in front of a closed room door every day and had to make our way back to reception, as the keycards did not work repeatedly. Pool is good (despite weird green color tiles that make the water look dirty), gym is super. Next time in Kuching we would likely decide for the Ranee Hotel.

Kuching vacation March 2015

Pros: Clean and spacious, good security and amenities.
Cons: 1. Magnetic card access greatly needs improvement. Steam room control mechanism needs to be repaired, too hot and no control. Need reliable sauna!
Location: Comfortable stay within city limits, walking distance to most if not all tourist sites. Ample car parking and friendly staffs.
Rest and relax to rejuvenate the mind. Less shopping and more of relax.

Car park attendants good. Check in bad. Only 1 out of 2 rooms available at 3pm. Told the other room by 4 but reception did not follow up . Got the keys after 3 reminders n a personal bisit to the reception. Finally, room came with no towels n sticky floor.

โรงแรมใหม่ ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะอาดสะอ้าน พนักงานต้อนรับยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส น่ารักทุกคน ทุกห้องมีหน้าต่างกระจกสามารถดูวิวได้ วิวสวยมากๆ ถ้ามีโอกาสจะเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้อีกค่ะ
