“they treated as if they have given the rppm free there was nothing nothing at all to be the room ca”
THE STAFF BEHAVED AS IF THE ROOM WAS GIVEN FREE TO US INSPITE OF X\CHARGING SO EXHORBITANTLY THE ROOM WAS ANYTHING OTHER THAN DELUXE THERE WAS NOTHING COMPORTABLE ABOUT IT I WUD NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THIS HOTEL FOR LIFETIME
“Good for the price”
Hotel was sufficient as a few nights stay.
“Best Hotel in KL”
Hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly . Rooms are a big small to Western standards . Hotel is located right in the middle of China Town and close to all public transit .
“"I'll be going back next trip"”
When I booked "Swiss Inn" I mistook it for another hotel in which I had stayed. However, I was not disappointed. The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. One drawback, was the noise transfer from the corridor and the other rooms, TV, shoes on floor etc. This wasn't unbearable and one got used to it. Perhaps if I had a higher quality room on on of the upper floors I would have been delighted, I was on the 2nd floor. The food was good and plentiful, fresh fruit at every breakfast! I have stayed in KL a number of times in the past and would recommend "Swiss Inn" over some of the others. The Petaling Markets are close-by if you want to indulge yourself in "bargain hunting" There are many restaurants and "street eating stalls" in the immediate area so eating out is no great burden.
“No window, no hot water”
I had never previously stayed in a room without a window, I did not find it a pleasant experience, this hotel seemed to have many windowless rooms! Worse Kuala Lumpur is a humid place and a good shower is desirable we never had hot water and no one seemed to do anything about our complaints. The hotel is in the middle of Chinatown and staying in Chinatown was good
“Great location”
Staff were very helpful and obliging. Great location and good breakfast selection.
“Small room, but great service and location”
Great area to stay, it's located in Chinatown with great places to eat out. The room was a little small and there was nowhere to put your socks, Tshirts etc, but it was nice and clean. Cafe was great as you can sit outside, smoke and watch the hustle and bustle of the Market area. Hotel staff where friendly and helpful
“Not a great hotel.”
Not a great hotel, but serves the purpose of being in transit, to do some shopping & sightseeing. Food was good being vegetarians we had many options.
“Filthy Place”
The building is 100 years old , the carpet is filthy, the bed sheet had a footprint , never been changed for 3 nights i stayed there. The bathroom is disgusting , water every where when we showered , the drains were clogged . I removed the drain cover , still no help . The wireless internet only worked for 1 night , still down after we checked out 3 days later. We had to go to an internet cafe . The breakfast is ok but I only ate once. Felt sorry for the staff , they were extremely nice. If I had not prepaid for the room , I would be delighted to pay another USD50 and stay at the Novotel. The nice pictures on the hotel website were very deceiving. I would not stay there again if its free.
“Very Good Priced GREAT Location Hotel”
if any people want a very good hotel for a low price this hotel is for u, its great location in chinatown, cheap shopping at your doorstep, hop on n off bus stop right out the front (the bus does tours around KL), hotel room is small but realisticly u only need a bed and a shower n toilet n tv when u r on holiday, bed is comfy tho, hotel staff very very good customer service, good buffett breakfast every morning aswell and free wifi. i would recommend this hotel if u want a hotel a cheap hotel in good location and excellent service.
