Other than a sort of slow check-in and a less-than-impeccable-but-Not-terrible bathroom cleanliness, the experience in the hotel was fine. The hotel is close to nicer areas but not in a nice area, and being a pedestrian (particularly crossing the street) was kind of a pain but that’s a city problem more than a hotel problem.

Everything was excellent. But I was terribly disappointed with the breakfast. Your hotel is one of the few hotels which charged higher price for breakfast but it was not up to standard. Both days, were served the same menu. And the menu served were quite bored. Hope can pay attention on this aspect.

I was staying there for couple of days. Staff were friendly and approachable from check in to check out. Hotel has the facility to keep the luggage even after check out, no need to warry about carrying it for hours before you catch the flight. Room was neat & clean.

Location location location :) Short walk to Jl Alor..the "food court" street. Every imaginable asian delicacy. Also a short walk to Petaling Street markets, and all Bukit Bintang pubs, Clubs and massage parlours. Even the Pavillion Shopping Mall was walkable. Hotel itself was very good.

TV channels were not working properly, informed Hotel many times to resolve but not avail. Room Aircon is set to auto, can’t manually adjust to lower temp, told hotel to check but not effective. Doesn’t provide combs when asked. Some guest were smoking at the swimming pool and blasting loud songs via mobile phones, no adherence to non-smoking policy. Called multiple times to front desk from hotel room, but they only picked the call 2 out of 10 times, service not prompt.

nice room, Very good breakfast buffet, Jalan Alor food street is a minute away. Hotel pool itself is nice, but lacks a comfortable lounging area, I blame the architect. Staff was really nice. Will gladly stay again.

Buffet breakfast for our 4 nights stay were all the same, long queue for coffee, staffs are amazing and super friendly, very clean. But having the same breakfast for 4 days is a bit boring and really does not excite me at all. My coffee Nescafé Blend 43 with intensity at 3 and with blue cap gone missing. Nothing big deal, hoping the person who took it will enjoy it as much as my parents do. All in all, good

Could not get a good night sleep or rest because the walls are thin between units and up and down . can hear people dragging chairs loud all night . can hear fishing toilets and shower. keeping forgetting to make up rooms .
