“A very friendly welcoming Hotel”

I would recomend The Legend Hotel to future travellers, the staff are all quite young but highly efficient, nice and clean excellent service throughout nice and quiet just a short taxi ride from all places of interest,

“A good hotel”

A very fine breakfast, good access to rail transport to the centre. Have stayed there before and will stay there again no doubt. Above a shopping mall with a general store and food court - useful.

“Well worth the visit!”

We found the staff and Hotel excellent. Very handy for rail travel as there is a railway station each side of the hotel and also it has a shopping centre right next door.

“Distinctly Average”

Large if somewhat dated room, but was clean and comfortable. I was a bit disappointed that when I arrived early I was made to pay for an extra day to check in early (at a more expensive rate than the rate paid through expedia) - many other hotels I have stayed in in the region have allowed me to check in early at no extra cost. I went for the Executive Deluxe room (which is a generous description!) for the internet access which was somewhat temperamental and required me calling for support 3-4 times during my stay as I wasn't able to log-on. Not a perfect location but there is a metro station right next to the hotel so not a huge problem. Breakfast was really very good and the staff were generally very helpful and friendly. I would probably stay somewhere a little more central next time but certainly wouldn't rule the Legend out.

“Basic hotel.”

This hotel is situated well away from the main city centre although it is close to two railway stations which gives easy access to other areas. We had a superior room which was large but very basic and in need of more modern furnishings. Breakfast in the hotel was disappointing and they had run out of food 15 minutes before breakfast was meant to finish. The shopping centre to the side of the hotel is poor and there is not much else to look at in the immediate area.There is very little to recommend this hotel.
