“Nice room, in-room tech dosen't work”

Service was straight bad. First they give me room 3718 that doesn't exist. After return back to reception they correct their mistake and put me in 3716. As soon I come to my room; I find out that none of the phones are working. TV is constantly freezing and is not possible to watch.As phones are not working; I am returning back to reception to complain ... they correct TV, but failure returns after 1 hour...I give up. I could live with bad TV and without phones, but bad weak WiFi signal was too much (I could use my computer only close to room door). They will never see me again!

“I will go back again”

Stayed there during November 2011. I liked the hotel, its restaurants and employees specially the concierge during day time who saved me lot of money by helping me using monorail & metro but the concierge at night (Indian lady was not not so helpful). The only thing carpets need to be changed but the room is so huge & comfrotable.

“Highly recommend”

This is our second back at Sheraton Imperial within the space of a year. The staff are friendly and courteous. We had arrived quite early to the hotel and they allowed to check. We stayed in their Club Rooms which grants us access to the Club Lounge. This is one of the reasons why we stay here as the Club Lounge provides complimentary drinks and food - especially between the hours of 1800 to 2000 where they provide alchohol and delicious finger foods. The breakfast buffet is good, offering both Eastern and Western cuisines. We especially love the freshly squeezed fruit juices. Sheraton Imperial is a little away from the the shopping centres (KLCC or Pavillion) but you can take a taxi ride (about 5-10 minutes to get to) or catch the MRT. We will definitely go back again and pay a little extra to get the Club Rooms. Thanks Sheraton Imperial for making our stay in KL memorable.

“Good but not best!”

The Hotel is very clean, but needs repair in some aspects. The door handle for my bathroom had fallen off, and posed quite a dangerous situation, as if I did not spot this quickly i could have been locked in the bathroom. My room had excellent views of KL, and was very comfortable with a large bed. The hotel is in a quiet location, quite far away from the hustle and bustle of the golden triangle, which was good for me, but close to the monorail stop. The monorail is cheap and fast to get into the golden triangle. The breakfast is great.., and there is No Wifi in the room but free wifi in the lobby, as well as PC's for guest use. The Hotel service was ok,

Area recommendations

There are excellent restaurants located in the side street next to hotel, and i reccomemnd particularly, the vietnamese restaurant, Saigon, for excellent and reasonable food.

Shopping

The main shopping area is hectic. Think about what you want to buy before doing so. There are no refunds or returns allowed in Malaysia.

“Luxurious hotel in a great location”

Great hotel, excellent service with lovely spacious rooms and a fabulous breakfast buffet. The bar and pool areas are gorgeous and there are a number of internet enabled computers in an area in the main reception available 24 hours a day. The best thing about the hotel location is that it is right next door to the monorail system which is a very easy and very cheap way to see most of the sights in KL. Would definitely stay there again.

“Good but not fantastic”

Good Hotel , great location and good value Just some annoying things like room service trolleys not collected for hours - we had to take it down ourselves to get rid of the smell after several phone calls Generally service was slow - but staff were friendly and tried hard Nice touch providing FOC cake for my daughters birthday
