“Good stay”

Overall this was a good experience. A couple of things though...... it seemed like our non-smoking floor has recently been converted from a 'smoking' floor, as the room stunk the first night we were there, either that or the person before us decided it was a 'smoking' room. Also the refridgerator made a hell of a noise the first night, but seemed to stop the next day before I called to ask for a room change!! The pool area was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Only a hop-skip & jump away from KLCC which was great, the the monorail across the road was helpful too. All in all a nice place to stay.

“Claen & beautiful Renaissance Hotel, Kualalumpu”

It was an exotic stay at Renaissance, Kualalumpur with superb location & excellent service exempting only a few staff at reception.

“Excellent Location & Servce”

It was an excellent location. It is close to all major attractions. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The room is very spacious. The swimming pool is awesome. I definitely would stay at the same hotel again.

“Service Plus, We went back and will again”

From check in to check out and the Navigator service, they are all so friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. We were booked for 6 nights and arrived at the wrong wing (west) the check in lady (Neha?) walked us to the other wing and checked us in! Nothing was too much for this hotel or its staff. It is a little older but with the service and facilities make it worth the stay. We moved on to other parts of Malaysia and needed to come back to KL for 1 last night so we booked a night back here. They held onto 2 Suitcases for us (free of charge) and had them brought to our room on arrival. As we had checked back in the hotel upgraded us to a suite. Perfect position. It is a stone throw from the Monorail, Train Station, Petronas Towers and the KL Tower. 2 Monorail stops from Bukit Bintang!

Area recommendations

Bukit Bintang at night! Especially on a Friday or Saturday, it's amazing. Take a walk around a couple of streets from the corner and find some wonderful little Cafe' style places to eat. All the Mall's - But be prepared to walk! Leave the husband at the pool or the golf course! While you are shopping check out China town for the Markets of Asia.
