The hotel is located in a very large park which provides beautiful surroundings. Pleasant area for walking. Hotel staff were always helpful and smiling!

Lovely grounds and location
The gardens are immaculate, well done gardeners. The pool is fantastic, infinity edge views and heated perfectly. All the staff very friendly. Breakfast good choices. Room service meals high quality. Cons: aircon didnt cool the room down enough and a few things could do with a touch eg paint on balcony rails. Still worth staying at and I would return.

The hotel has the ambiance of serenity..place away from city ..trees around has cooling effect, everyone I met has frienfly abd welcoming attitude..willing to help. The room was just average. With old furnitures. The wall paper was peeling off at certain places. The bathroom tap was faulty, the shower at the bathtub was also faulty. The Spa and gym also cannot use. There was a sliding door between the bathtub and the room. The lock also was faulty. The room did not look like what was on the website.

It has a huge nice garden behind. Make sure you bring insect repellant during the evening. Breakfast is good. The place is quite worn out. It would look very grand if well maintained. The location is quite remote and not convenient if you don't drive. The putrajaya seafood restaurant nearby serves decent meal. Room preparation could be better. We have stained towels, missing floor towel, and missing toiletries that we have to request although the service staff are generally very responsive.

Quiet, comfortable & relaxing.
My family had a relaxing stay even 'tho most of the facilities were not available (due to Covid 19) ~ gym, spa, etc. The quiet & peaceful atmosphere away from the daily bustle of life was what we wanted & the Hotel's location up on the hill was great. Our room was huge ~ we were upgraded to a Family Room ~ much thanks for that. Breakfast choices can be improved ~ we had buffet on our last day only & it was limited. For our earlier days, the list given to us was not very attractive. Parking is nearby & the Hotel also provides buggy services to & from your car parking area (24 hours). Thank you, Pulse Grande, for the memories!

SOP observed hotel that’s safe to stay
Service is good but the hotel is a bit run down from my last stays during the former Shangri-la management time. Plenty of missing items in the room that need a call to reception for replacement, eg. tea cup, glass and etc. Room was not clean until a call is made to the reception. Empty water bottles are found at the balcony upon check in. SOP is observed rather well and felt safe to stay at the hotel. Restaurant and housekeeping services were rather pleasant.

A place for meetings/conferences. Not great for residence. In attempting to be attentive, staff are actually a little intrusive - after room cleaning, there are also calls by staff later in the day e.g. offering towels or a snack, turning down the bed. Not sure why everything not done at one time. Gym well equipped. Pool ok but not very clean. Food good but only from restaurants (no shop for snack options although there is a mini bar with some snacks). Shuttle bus to local shopping malls, but has to be pre-booked. Hotel a bit isolated.

Just confusions from hotel reception of my booking. I booked for 2 rooms ( family) ended up to wait for another 30 min due to another room wasn't ready ( they unable to see my room's booking as i booked). So; after clarification. Few min have to wait until settled. Overall. Staffs are very friendly. Limited hot drink during breakfast. Kids enjoyed.
