“Highly Recommended”
Located opposite the Pavilion shopping mall, this 5 star hotel has a car park that is free to residents. The large lobby is impressive and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel has 30 floors with excellent views. Rooms were immaculate as were the ensuite bathrooms with shower cubicle and tub. Flat screen 32 inch TV, fridge and safe are standard. Wired Internet access was free. The breakfast selection was the best I have seen for a while. Chefs cook your eggs to order with a huge buffet to select from. There are four restaurants in the hotel. The Chinese was excellent. Other places to eat are only a short walk from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future.
“Would go back in a flash.”
The staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast came with the room and was amazing. We walked to some great spots from here and also caught the mono rail which was nearby. The pool area is lovely and we also had a spa treatment which was brilliant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a little luxury at a budge price. The rooms are not top end but extremely comfortable.
“An Extremely Unexpected Pleasant Surprise!!”
Booked this hotel as a " last minute choice" as time was running out, and we were unable to get the hotel that we originally wanted. Wow!!!! From the greeting my GF & I received at the door on arrival to the check in by Adzhan; great experience. When checking in he wished me a belated happy birthday (as it had been 8 days prior) and as it was my GF birthday coming up on the 17th he wished her Happy B/day in advance & gave us a beautiful room on the 24th floor with a spectacular view of the Petronas Towers!! Buffet breakfast was good - Very nice pool area also and lounge. Only sad part about Prince Hotel was having to leave! Don't hesitate in booking this hotel - you won't be disappointed!
“I would go again”
The only complaint I have and is a serious one is that I booked Superior one bedroomed apartment but they put me in a deluxe room instead. When I pointed that out they told me that they have upgraded me which to me was confusing as I paid for an apartment room and did not request any change. But at the end I agreed to it as it did not seem to be a big deal and my wife was too tired to move to another location. However, the stay was comfortable overall.
“Great hotel with central location”
Great hotel with central location, staff all excellent with good variety of restaurants both in hotel and shopping centers nearby. Stayed there 4 years ago and service is still impressive
“Great location”
Our stay was only short (4 days) and we were so happy to be staying in a hotel that was so close to everything ~ just accross the road is a super large shopping centre called TANGS. We walked 5 mins up the road & used the city Monorail to travel to The Hard Rock Cafe & Golden Triangle Shopping Centre & approx 15min walk is the Petronas Towers. Hotel food 5 star!!! Pool bar & grill @ night is stunning beautiful views -> pool level on the 10th floor.
“Excelent option for KL city center”
excelent value for money. excelent service. excelent location
“Very handy location with shops across the road”
One night here on the way back from Penang. Room had everything I wanted and the buffet breakfast very good. The neighborhood was good when compared to other hotels in KL. All in all will stay here again if ever in KL.
“Loved this hotel”
I loved this hotel - the room was luxurious and the location was fantastic. Have rebooked to go back again next year.
“'PRINCE with a bit difference'”
In the AD although I found it is ranked as 4 or 4and half but the hotel reception declared as 5 star. The room I was slaying a deluxe is not well maintained ,.refurbished or needs renovation if it is to be categorized as 5 star like a other few 5 srar in KL. I will mark it as 4 star unless they take renovation work. The bath room although has 5 star touch but the fittings especially commode and seat is old and needs replacement . The rate charged with breakfast ( we had paid for 3 persons) is higher then the top 5 star I stayed later. The breakfast is lavish and had huge items but the area had been extended up to open reception and entrance without a fancy partition. The location is close to Pavilion Mall and Bukin Bitan shopping area but the side walk up to bridge for the Pavilion is deserted after evening. The police notice to "beware of snatcher" on a post there cautious the guest. They must start a shuttle service from hotel to mall areas every 2/3 hours especially for rain as taxi does not like to take a short trip or charge more then double of usual rate.More security may be given on that side walk for the foreign guest. The service people are well behaved.
