“Best hotel in KL”
Never fails to deliver the goods, always look forward to staying here. The shops are a stone's throw away as well.
“Cannot find any fault with this hotel”
amazing location and superb standards
“fantabulous!”
we booked for a relaxed and pampered break- and the Mandarin delivered! location is excellent, as KL is not quite a walkabout city.We started each morning on the jogging track next door in the big park. Staff were always polite and we were well looked after. enjoyed the 'magical mystery fruit tour' which arrived daily, and had great treatment in the spa! They even surpised us with a birthday cake delivered to our room! Very thougthful! Super stay!
“Most impressed”
The was nothing we could fault with this Hotel it was first class in all aspects of service with excellent staff all creating a very friendly and relaxed ambience which resulted in a wonderful holiday.
“Extremely luxurious hotel”
Incredibly cheap for a hotel of this quality, everything about it is top notch.
“SImply the best hotel in the world”
I have stayed at the Mandarin a number of times and the experience never fails to be anything other than exceptional. The staff are all - without exception -extremely polite, friendly and professional in their approach. SInce I last stayed they have opened 2 new facilities in the hotel - the Pacifica seafood restaurant (I had a fantastic meal in here) and the Sultan nightclub, which again is a first class facility with intimate surroundings, coupled with a party atmosphere. I have stayed in 5* hotels all over the world and the Mandarin still delivers a level of service that is uniquely high, in my experience. The spa is also excellent. My only criticism - and I am being REALLY picky - is that the machines in the gym could do with a refresh. This really is a lovely hotel in a prime spot in a great city. Very highly recommended.
“Luxury and indulgence in Kuala Lumpar.”
I chose to stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Kuala Lumpar on my way to Koh Samui from London. Although it is an hour away from the airport it was worth the journey. From the momemt I checked in everthing was aimed at my comfort and every member of staff I met were a delight. The room was large and comfortable. The pool area was also very comfortable with staff to wait on you and who brought round delicacies all day. The food at the poolside restaurant was excellent and all in all my one day stay there was truely magical and I would certainly go back again.
“Superb!”
Can't fault the place or the service - just superb hotel and staff - location great - v central to everything. We walked to Chinatown/Little India in 20 mins. Right next to Petronas towers which are great! Check out the rooftop pool.
