“Excellent location”

Excellent location, next to the subway station which is just outside. The pool is lovely too, definately use that on those humid afternoons. Room was very big, clean and breakfast is worth paying the small extra cost for (great choice & amount).

“Hotel lacking identity and good standards”

Housekeeping standards in this "5-star property" have a lot to be desired. We found blood stains in our bed linen which was extremely dissapointing. There was also some confusing about what our Expedia package included. Staff were not friedly enough. Hotel lacks identity as some of the areas are refurbished but some others are dated (80's style). There are better options in Kuala Lumpur so I would not stay here again.
