“One of the best hotel in kl”

This is the best hotel to stay in kl . Only thing to Improve is to add some dishes from Indian Menu too specially for vegetarians. Otherwise Every thing is ok ,will recommendable to others

“Nice view”

We had a very nice view of the Petronas's tower. The spa swimming pool nice for all the family. The brasserie not exceptional food. But on the other hand the REsto Still water very good japonese food. Sushi exceptional. The spa massage inside the hotel very good quality and service.

Area recommendations

Must See- Visit Batu Caves for kids it is very impressive. Menara Tower, not very nice and expensive for one short 3 min F1 car race in the computer. Shopping in the Petrona's tower shopping center, you can find everything inside. Not a big sale but a lot of things to choice.

I AND MY FAMILY HAD STAYED I9N THIS HOTEL FOR SIX NIGHTS HOTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE = FIVE STARS LOCATION= FIVE STARS AS IN CENTRE OF KLCC AND VERY CLOSE TO PETRONAS TOWERS. HOTEL MANTIANACE SERVICE = FIVE STARS BREAKFAST = FIVE STARS DECOR OF THE HOTEL= THREE STARS AS HALLWAYS AND INSIDE THE ROOMS NEEDS UPGRADING TO BRING TO FIVE STAR STANDARS OVER ALL VERY SATISFIED EXPERIENCE OF STAYING IN THIS HOTEL

“Excellent except food”

Highly recommended hotel with excellent location and service. Food at the hotel restaurants are below average though except for the included buffet breakfast which was good. Very convenient location in the centre of KL. Service was first class- would definitely go back to stay there.

“Hard to top for friendliness, helpfulness and convenience”

This was our first visit to Kuala Lumpur and to some extent we were concerned that all arrangements would go to plan i.e. pick up from and to airport and hotel accomodation etc. Thankfully all ran smoothly including the preceding communication by email to/from the Maya. Staff very helpful and friendly. We were very pleased with the outcome and relayed our thanks to the Maya management.

The area surrounding the Hotel Maya as it has good shopping facilities plus easy access to trains/buses and tourist attractions for further exploration.

“Hotel Maya - Tres bie mais situation pas ideale”

Tres bonne hotel acceuillant et charmant mas pas a proximite directe du metro compter environ 10min de march ce qui n'est pas ideale lorsque l'on a des bagages. Dans l'ensemble superbe, tres bell vue denotre chambre du 21eme etage en face des Twin Tower. et un skylounge avec des "complementary" lol Bon voyage a tous

Kuala Lumpur est magnifique les gens y sont tres gentils. Sortir un peu des sentiersbattus pour rencontrer d gens qui ont le temps. Mefiez vous des chinois et des indiens qui vous disent quea nouriituresest halal car ils ne sont pas tous forcement musulmans. Allez a "Kampung Baru" et demandez l'endroit ou i y a des restaurants c'est un superbe endroit mais attention ils se mefient beaucoup des touristes... Bonne chance!

“Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Petronas Towers und ca. 200 m zur Monorail”

Allen in Allem wäre das Hotel Maya ein schönes Design- Hotel. Leider wird nichts für die Erhaltung investiert und vieles ist renovierungsbedürftig. Das Hotel ist in unseren Augen kein 5 Sterne Haus.
