I am a frequent visitor to the hotel. The standard of service is dropping drastically. Before this stay last month when we stayed in the same hotel, my son's room was not done at all even reminding the housekeeping. Not enough towels and toiletries in the toilet. Always have to call the room service to top up. During my recent stay this month, once upon checking in , I found that my safe deposit box in the he room was not working. Even after reporting to the housekeeping nothing was done for next four days. I had to keep my valuables in relation room. Again the same problems of not enough time of towels, toiletries and coffee tea making items. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. One of relative need to validate his card access everyday. Otherwise he can't enter in to his room. During my next trip I will reconsider the and might not book the same hotel. Furthermore I will not recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. The buffet breakfast is below average and the variety of food getting lesser.
