“Excellent service”

Over and above the usual we particularly appreciated the smooth transfer by car from the Sentral station to the hotel and the courtesy transfers the next day to and from the Lake Gardens. We also appreciated the array of choices at the buffet breakfast. The concierge service was excellent at helping us with directions from the hotel by car out of KL on the day we left.

“Fantastic hotel in convenient location”

We loved our room in the Hilton with an excellent view over the nearby Gardens. The food in the restaurants was first class, and the pool was imaginatively designed and a real pleasure to use. Being next to the station was highly convenient as it meant we could get around Kuala Lumpur very easily, and getting in from the airport on the airport express was a dream. We would definitey want to go back if we were in KL again.

“An unexpected pleasure”

Towering above Kuala Lumpur's turbulent infastructure, the hotel is a peaceful oasis. The rooms are so packed with design features, they resemble Bond St boutiques, but are none the worse for this. The pool and spa area bust be a real boon for the weary business traveller, and great for kids. Only critcism; the vast lobby is a little sterile, and it's design, not as sophisticated as Hilton's current excellent standards. Book into a Club room and the club lounge on the 33rd floor with wonderful views more than compensates. If you do, alternate breakfast between the huge international affair downstairs and the more limited, but more calming affair in the lounge.

“Great hotel in Great location”

Hotel and rooms are amazing.... incredible place to stay, and right next door to Sentral station... Only minor issue was on check in, when I was informed rate was room only.. had to print and provide expedia booking to clarify rate included breakfast.

“Lovely room”

Even tho our room was at the back overlooking the main railway station it was fine as we were higher than the station and looked over the interesting roof! Otherwise good view. My main gripe was regarding free wifi. It seems the more expensive the hotel the more likely they are to charge for wifi! Anyway we ate in the Boardwalk restaurant 2 nights and were able to find free wifi there from another source. Otherwise there is a Starbucks in the station.

“Very comfortable & convenient”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. While not located in a very exciting part of the city, it is a very convenient two minute walk across the road from Sentral station. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from both within the hotel and the adjoining hotel. The facilities were excellent, although the pool was a little to cool to swim in at night. As expected, the buffet breakfast was very impressive!
