“Will definitely go back”
overall a fantastic experience, spacious, clean and modern rooms, friendly staff and a great location.
“excellent location, very good value for money, free wifi in public area had a very enjoyable stay”
a very centrally located hotel, close to shopping malls and shops. very impressed with the swimming pool and gym/spa facilities. Wide choice of food at breakfast but services sometimes slow and can be crowded, the dinning area should be make bigger as tables and chairs are cramped, should provide proper napkins. Its very good for the hotel to provide free wifi at public areas as some KL hotels charges a lot for this service. Grand Millenium hotel will be my first choice when i return to KL sometime in the future.
“Great value for money!”
The hotel is an excellent base from which to explore KL. From the hotel you can walk to a number of tourist attractions and good restaurants. For more distant destinations it is well placed for the city's monorail. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and the concierge service very useful. The buffet breakfast (included in the rate) was especially good with a huge variety of both western and Asian foods. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would go back if visiting KL in the future.
“Great Place”
we've been there for 4 nights. The hotel itself is amazing. the room was excellent. we'll go back for sure! The location is central and near shops and nightlife.
“Have already recomended to friends and family”
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, it has been recently renovated and looks superb. The rooms are spcious with spectacular views of the cityscape. I was particulary impressed with the bathroom which was very large and had both a bath and a separate shower. The faclities are great especially the pool area. The location of the hotel is second to none and in the middle of the Bukit Bitang area where all of the popular bars/restaurants and shops are. All of the major sights can be reached easily form this hotel by either walking or hopping onto one of the nearby monorails.
“Great value and service in the best location”
First time in KL. Hotel service was first class, and location was ideal for experiencing all KL has to offer.
“Great hotel right in the middle of everything!!!”
Awesome hotel right near everything. Not more than 10-15 mins by taxi to everything you may need. Conceige Staff are very friendly and helpful and always go out of their way. Restaurants were excellent. Hotel is slightly tired as it is slightly older than others but still 5 star luxury. Every service you could expect and awesome swimming pool. Gym is great too. Very close to places to eat etc. at all times of the day and night. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to kl. Well worth it's money.
“Top Hotel!”
The hotel was located in the centre of the shopping district - opposite the new Pavilion Plaza. The hotel was worth its 5 star status with its 5 star drinking prices. The cafe located in the lobby do fantastic cakes and the staff were warm and welcoming. The only downside to this hotel is the fact that there is no internet access only in the restaurant and lobby areas which offer free wifi but not in the hotel rooms. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious. The other downside is the price for water and soft drinks were way too high - triple!
“A great hotel”
We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Millenium and the staff could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The hotel is in walking distance to many local attactions and very easy to get to from KLIA. Only criticism is their coffee, which is not drinkable, but they are loacted right near an Illy Coffee Shop, thank goodness.
“Grand Millennium”
Great hotel, very clean and perfect location in the centre of the shopping and entertainment district. Service was always very helpful and welcoming and make sure you do not miss the breakfast buffet.
