“Nice Hotel..Read my Tips”

I stayed in this hotel in an executive suite on the 29th floor. The suite was very clean when we arrived. The receptionist put us first in a suite on the 12th floor, there was No garbage can, hair dryer, tissues, TV and Radio weren't working. We just had to sleep in it for the first day as we were really tired after a long flight. When we complained about it the next day, they put us on the 29th floor, which was executive too, but "really" ready. Executive lounge serves very nice food and beverages with nice cozy sitting on the 34th floor with nice looking over the mountains and greenery. In Room dinning was excellent too. Did a massage along with my wife in the Spa on the 10th floor and it was really nice, also the pool on the 10th floor worth trying, especially at nigh.

Area recommendations

Tips: 1- Don't ask the conceriage to arrange for you a trip to anywhere as they will RIP you off. Just get from them the brochure and you do it on your own 2- Day 1: Go to the Negara Zoo (just take a taxi from in front of the hotel and don’t forget to bargain if the meter is not On) Day 2: Genting Highland; take a taxi (100 Ringets) to the Cable Car station, then take the cable car it up to the casino and theme park. Put heavy clothes as it is cold up there. Day 3: Go the elephant Sanctuary, taxi to there should be 150 ringets. Entrance is for free, (donations if you want), be there before 2pm, you will get wet, take towels to take shower after bathing with the elephant Day 4: Sunway Lagoon; Buy the tickets online as its cheaper, and take the taxi from in front of the hotel, should take around 30 Ringets, after the park close, go to the mall across the street, a lot of nice places for dinner Day 5: China Town (Bargain for 10-20% of what they offer, if something for 100 ringets, ask for it for 10 to 20 ringets), then across the street there is the Central Market, bargain for 80%-100% of the price, if something for 100 ringets, buy it for 80 to 100 ringets.

“Fantastic Hotel in KL”

I was extremely impressed with this hotel. The room service was delicious and all of the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The Petronas Towers are just a short walk away, as is the subway station. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Nice new hotel in KL”

This hotel is very impressive and I think was just recently opened. The area is ok and about a 12 walk to the Petronas Towers. There is a food court in the basement of the hotel which was very good. The swimming pool and gym was very nice. The hotel breakfast was amazing and had one of the biggest selections I have ever seen including Western, Chinese, Indian and Malay selections.

“NOT IMPRESSED”

THIS HOTEL IS VERY WIRED, AND STRANGE.SO MANY SECURITY IN LOBBY AND ALMOST EVER WHERE I FEEL I WAS IN NYC AIRPORT.BREAKFAST WAS NIGHTMARE AND NOISY AND STAFF NOT GOOD.

Getting there

If you catch the train to the hotel, you will need to go through the shopping centre (next to the train station) and up the escalators (next to the supermarket inside the shopping centre) for best access to the road over pass.

“Great hotel, highly recommended”

Love the cookies! Great hotel, air con was a bit loud, apart from that, everything was Fantastic! Came home with 2 tins of Hilton cookies! yum yum!

“Will improve with age”

Very new hotel lacked personality or any touch of malaysia could have been anywhere in the world with very inexperienced staff they were friendly but not to helpful. House keeping very prompt when phoned but you should,nt have to phone daily because no paper,wrong paper,no t.v etc only petty things but this is supposed to be top hotel.Would recommend for buisness trips or short stays.Breakfast buffet was very good selection of dishes was amazing one complaint do'nt like to have my dirty cutlery put back on the table to reuse. I do think this hotel will most definately improve with age when all the building work around it has finished ould not go back in near future as i think there are some better hotels in KL but maybe in 5 years time,still had a great holiday KL is a great place.

Would recommend all of KL lots to do and see and many shops to visit love little India full of life and vitality.
