This was a great place to stay for my short trip to Krakow, the space was cozy and perfect for either one or two people. Everything was clean and it was a nice breakfast each morning provided. 15 mins to city center by car. Or 45 minute peaceful walk. Would recommend!

Nice clean hotel with polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was buffet style and fresh and tasty. No facilities other than bar. But great for what you pay.

Really lovely!
We had a great holiday. The hotel was quiet, clean & the staff were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. It’s relatively convenient from the main square, taking only 30 mins or so to walk. Would recommend for an affordable stay away.

Nice clean hotel, helpful and friendly staff.
Great hotel, room was well kept, tidy and clean. Very quiet at night, slept really well even with the window open. Rooms were at a good, comfortable temperature. En-suite and shower was nice. Hotel staff organized our tours and tickets for the salt-mine and a visit to Auschwitz, they arranged transfer taxi to the airport and also booked a taxi for us when we wanted to go out into the city. They also offered advice and points of interest around the city and gave us an easy to use visitors map. Staff were friendly and accommodating and spoke very good English. Breakfast was continental, not many vegan options for us but we got by well enough on bread rolls with jam, coffee and fruit juice, tomatoes, cucumber, apples and tangerines and water. Didn't use the restaurant other than for wine and coffee in the evening - we used the "happy cow" app to find several really good vegan cafes and restaurants nearby and in the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel; although it's not very close to the City, you'd need either a good walk or Tram or Taxi which are really cheap. Will book again if ever we visit Krakow.

Lovely four day break
Lovely "loft conversion" room and a good selection of food for Breakfast. Unfortunately restaurant being refurbished so not evening food offered. A little bit out of the centre but a lovely walk into the Square. Would be nice if there were tea/coffee facilities in the room or a vending machine to offer a little something outside of hours. Staff as helpful as can be and assisted with Taxis and directions.

Very cosy, family atmosphere, great xmass decor!
Happened to stay for one night. Very nice surprise, A place to come back, nice room, funny recptionist ;-) full breakfast and most of all, really family atmosphere. Small hotel with large parking lot, just few clicks from the old town. Pitty to have only short business stay! Hope to come back in spring with my family. XD, visit more of Cracow jewels. See You again!

Small and quiet hotel out of town.
Not much to look at from the outside and the hotel is small and out of town in a quiet residential area. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. All requests are dealt with courteously and in a friendly manner. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. Good views from the rear rooms which look out onto woodland. It's a good walk into the city centre - about 40 mins but the tram is 10 mins away and there are bikes nearby to hire. The breakfast is varied with hot and cold items to choose from as well as excellent coffee using freshly ground beans. The restaurant menu has a range of Polish dishes to try at reasonable prices and good portion sizes.

pleasant stay
Nice hotel. It's a pleasant 30 minute walk to the centre of Krakow or take the the tram which is a 5 minute walk away. You will need change to pay on the tram (3.20Z)

The directions to this hotel by public transport was not adequate. There is a 20 minute walk from the nearest tram stop at Kapalana tram stop. The hotel was not particularly clean. There was no tea or coffee in the bedroom, no mini bar, the curtains would not close, the rooms were not that clean. The daily cleaning service was really for only changing the towels and folding the toilet roll at the end. It was also annoying that when we left to depart although two guests knew me and saw I had left our umbrellas at reception the reception desk decided to claim them as lost property and refused to hand them to the people we knew who met me at the airport. The breakfast was excellent and that is my only commendation. I would not stay again. The hotel really needed a thorough clean which would have made a real difference to the experience. I would say watch out for the taxi bandits we were never charged the same money despite getting the taxi from Market Square the same location each evening.

Small, dark room but clean. Sheets too small for the bed. Decor tired. Cheap furniture. Reception staff friendly. Breakfast nothing special. Quiet location but further from the tram than you may think. Fine if you are on a budget and want to trade quality for price.

-20 min walk to city square, hotel is a bit dated but did its job for one night. Breakfast was great. Staff was fantastic. They jus need to upgrade the beds and TV and it would of been a great value for my stay.

Petrus - Relaxing and quiet.
Nice and quiet hotel with friendly staff. A little from the main town but not an issue as a taxi averaged 20PLN (4-5GBP), there are buses close by also. Breakfast was good and there was never any shortage of food or drink. Hotel is newish and in good order with decent bathrooms and clean room. I ended up staying an extra day as it was comfortable and relaxing. The bar has what you want and there is free wifi which is also a bonus. They organised tours at list price which included pickup from the hotel. Overall it was very good value for money.

All was o k untill the last night of our stay when we were informed that there would be a wedding reception that night at the hotel. The reception went on until 5am which we thought was unacceptable, we went to complain and ask for compensation of a nights stay which thay would not do. We are now persuing compensation througha different route.

Upon arrival from a late flight with two kids, our stay in the triple room was unsatisfactory. The room’s size was inadequate, featuring a slightly short double bed and a supplemental armchair-bed. High, non-adjustable pillows and insufficient ventilation further marred the experience. While the basic breakfast, affordable cost, round-the-clock reception, and parking availability were beneficial, the overall sleeping conditions were subpar and disappointing.

Hôtel plus que correct pour le prix. Juste assez excentré du centre de Cracovie pour avoir un paysage de nature, mais à 10 minutes à pied de la ligne de tram qui emmène partout dans Cracovie. Personnel très accueillant et vraiment gentil. Petit déjeuné très bon et varié. Meilleur rapport qualité/prix de la ville.

Pedí servicio de lavandería para una col chota de bebé de 1.00 x 0.80 y en la lista no salía el costo del lavado de la col chota y me cobraron mucho más caro de lo q estaba en la lista, antes no me dijeron cuánto costaba. La habitación Era muy pequeña no como las fotos q muestran, nunca vimos él área de juegos para niños q mostraban en las fotos. A pesar q no había ascensor tuvimos que cargar nuestras maletas hasta el tercer piso. Cada huésped tiene q cargar sus maletas

Troppo lontano dal centro
Buon hotel ma troppo fuori dal centro i mezzi pubblici ci sono ma spesso con 20/30 minuti tra uno e l'altro. Siamo stati bene in hotel, ma abbiamo perso troppo tempo per i trasporti. Nel complesso l'hotel merita un 7, il personale gentile e preparato, camera carina.

Hotellet er beliggende i et stille og roligt område, og tæt på busforbindelser til Krakow. Personalet er venlige og hjælpsomme. Hotellet er rent, mit værelse var lyst og med en fin udsigt. Morgenmaden er veltillavet, med frugt og nybagt kage. Jeg kan varmt anbefale Petrus Hotel til Krakowrejsende.
