“Excellent hotel in Cracow”

Wonderful little hotel. Centrally located. Rooms are impecably clean though small. Staff is very cordial and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. I gave it a 4 for comfort as the mattresses should be replaced soon.

“Highly recommended”

A small and very friendly hotel where the staff are willing to help in any way they can. Excellent buffet breakfast and room service/cleaning. Fantastic position for easy walking to all the city sights. They even give you a small leaving gift on check-out (miniature picture) which we thought was a really lovely thought!

“Centrally located hotel in Krakow”

Very centrally located to Old Town, Jewish Quarter and Wawel Castle. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Buffet breakfast delicious. Construction in front of hotel September 2007, but we had room in back of hotel, so we were not bothered by construction. Only negative was folding chairs in room were not that confortable. Very satisfied with hotel.

“Excellent location, great hotel will go back again”

The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Cracow 200 years from the main square and less that 10 yards form a main tram intersection from which trams will take you all over the city a little cost. Our room in the hotel and the rooms of our two friend who joined us on our 3 night four day trip to Cracow was clean and well furnised. It had the benfit of satikite TV and air conditioning and there were nice little touches in the room like chocolates on dressing table as well as bottles of water. The staff were friendly and helpful and all spoke English and were always available when needed. Great hotel offering good value for money in an ideal location

“Small but comfortable”

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet is generous and tasty. Our room was small, but comfortable. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is more than adequate. And it is within a 10 minute walk to the main square. They could use a larger sign out front ... very easy to walk past the front door (more than once). I would stay there again!!
