“Good hotel”

Quite good hotel. Great position, and Staff very helpful. Restaurant great. I would certainly stay there again. Room very comfortable; a bit noisy at night from street. I would recommend a room on upper level. Has a really good feel about it. Also very well heated during very cold weather. Gracious.

“Old European Charm and Service”

Our stay at the Hotel Francuski was 'excellent'. The staff at the reception desk could not have been more accomodating, and our needs were taken care of 24/7. Always a smile, and always a kind word - made this trip to Krawkow, Poland (our 5th) one of the most enjoyable. The Francuski, somewhat dated, is filled with that old European flavor and charm that entirely blends with the City and its people.

“Nice place to stay”

One night only; courteous staff; excellent dinner; room very spacious, some would say outdated decor, but I found it very charming. Wonderful location, quiet. Very helpful and courteous doorman, who parked the car for us. Loved Krakow, despite the rain!

“Good hotel for a family”

Hotel is situated in an ideal location within the old town and in close walking proximity to most sites. The hotel has an old world charm about it and the the service and food is excellant with the Staff being extreamly helpful and room was nice and clean. The only dissapointing factor would be the power of the shower, insufficient heating in the room and the beds sagged in the middle. The hotel is probably more 3 star then 4 star overall.
