“Cute and Quaint”
The hotel was adorable and the staff was very helpful!
“Great Hotel For City Break”
I stayed here with 2 friends and we were all shared the same room. It was very spacious with a balcony and relaxing area to sit on easy chairs. There was plenty of space to put our belongings and cases and not cramped in the slightest. The shower was fabulous too. The hotel was very tastefully decorated and made our visit even more special. There is also a courtyard you can sit out in and a lovely bar area to socialise. About a five minute walk to the main square. Would definately stay at this hotel again and reccomend to anyone visiting Krakow.
“europejski, thank you”
lovely people, wonderful atmosphere, restaurant, menu poor, quality of food poor, breakfast, very good, if not excellent
“Optimal, Convenient, Charming Hotel in Krakow”
Wonderful hotel, with charming Old World decor everywhere, including in rooms. Optimal location, adjacent to railway station and modern Galleria (upscale mall). Immediate (walking) access to the historic Old Town. FREE and strong internet in our room. Fine breakfast. Electric kettle in the room with tea, coffee, and there was complimentary mineral water. We had a little refrigerator too. Very clean everywhere. Good strong shower with lots of hot water. We thought the price of the room was terrific. The restaurant attached to the hotel (not sure how it's affiliated) had quite good food at modest (very modest!) prices. The hotel was charming, giving the sense we had stepped back into the world of 1900. The bed, I will say, was a bit old-fashioned, not the kind one expects in our modern world, but we found it comfortable. We loved having a real sofa. We absolutely will return if possible.
“Exellent location - will stay here again”
Would definately recomend the hotel, bedroom was very comfortable and clean with tea & coffee facilities, however I did find the water was cool when showering in the morning. Breakfast was excellent, service was good and provided by pleasant staff. Dined in the restaurant one evening, enjoyed the food which was served in nice surroundings. Although there is some traffic noise at the front of the hotel, it`s location more than makes up for it as it is only a short walk into the old town and is especially ideal if arriving by train as the station is only opposite.
“PERFECT”
Very nice, clean stylish " old charm " hotel, freshly renovated, nice staff, magnificent breakfast, well located - perfect place.
“europejski hotel,krakow”
it maybe a bit on the expenceive side, but it is a nice hotel, right near the main train station, and only 6 zloteis, against paying 70 by taxi to and from airport, also very close to old town too,and a shoping centre, good location, also a pick up hotel for excursions,is 5 min away from hotel, wyspianski hotel, and easy to find
“Well worth a visit”
This hotel is very conveniently situated - only 2 mins. walk from the main railway station and 5 mins. walk from the old town centre. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet has lots on offer to set yourself up for the day. The staff are friendly and you can leave luggage behind after you've checked out if you've got time to kill before you leave. They can also organise taxis or trips if you want.
“Charming, clean and comfortable hotel...would definately recommend.”
We had an excellent city break at Krakow, we got the train to the centre which cost about £2 each, the hotel was directly across from the train station, across a large square (with a brilliant shopping centre and amazing food court) so we didn't need to get taxis etc. The hotel itself, although was a bit dated in it's decor..it was full of charm, the staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs, they put our passports and personal effects in a sealed bag into their back office safe so we didn't worry. The location of this hotel was excellent, about a five to ten minute walk from the old square, there are lots of restaurants and the whole place had a very safe feel about it. The only negative aspect of the hotel was the crystal chandelier in our room that shook at night if a train went past...however we got used to this and couldn't even hear the trains due to being situated at the back of the hotel (overlooking the 'secret garden'), it didn't affect our sleep...but the pillows did, they were not too comfortable so take your own! I would definately stay at this hotel again and have already recommended it to two friends who are visiting this beautiful city soon.
“Fantastic”
I cant find a bad thing to say about the hotel or its staff, felt like we were staying in a 5 star. Hotel is close to everything, spotlessly clean, the room was beautiful, even the towels were soft, breakfast great and the staff were extremely frindly and helpful. The bar was welcoming and relaxing after a hard day sightseeing, the barman a mind of information.
