Very clean. Not the best location between the highway and train tracks. Rooms are nice and good condition. More 3 star than 4 star

Great service and convenient!
The Conrad hotel is very good, comfortable and very practical. The proximity to Galeria makes is even better if you want to do some shopping!!

Nice cosy place with comfy bed. Free parking around hotel, need pay for underground. Free welcome drink to choose from. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for higher standard and good price.

Nice clean large room. The only hotel I ever stayed at that had two bathrooms. Very convenient. Excellent breakfast, albeit some of the staff was not happy being there. Luckily having breakfast did not require interaction with them. Convenient public transportation by bus to downtown is available from the hotel. Free parking. Overall a great value. I will use this property again when back in town.

Prompt and friendly, multi-lingual staff. This hoyel also has a cigar bar by its drink bar downstairs. Very much look forward to visiting again.

Upon arriving at the hotel I've learned that there is no chance to have any meal (11:30PM) no chance to have any meal in the neighborhood either!Bathroom drains didn't work! !!!

Great hotel 4km from centre - good public transpor

Good hotel for a business trip
The hotel condition is good however the air conditioning was not working properly (that might have been valid for my room only though...) the staff was helpful. Overall my stay was pleasant and the area was very practical for me. If you need to stay in this area (preferably for business) then this is a good choice

Nice hotel, close to the Ikea and Auchan.
A nice hotel right in front of Auchan and Ikea, very easy to get city center but bus #130. Room had mini bar which we were using as fridge. Weird thing is that 4 star hotel doesn't have shampoo and air condition doesn't work in the beginning of May...

Good value for the money spent, wouldn't mind recommending the place to a friend. Only complaint I have is that we could smell cigarette smoke in the room that came through via the ventilation system. So the ventilation system either should be fixed or ban smoking from the hotel altogether. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Across from IKEA
While I had a Polish friend with me, he made me use English while checking in and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and quiet. I would consider this an American style hotel and would HIGHLY recommend to any travelers.

Great hotel for an early morning flight
We stayed at this hotel as we had an early morning flight so this location was perfect. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The food was a little expensive and didn't justify such a cost. Overall great hotel!
