Property is great and amazing location. However one small upgrade the hotel can invest in is some new pillows.

I have rent a room for 3 nights for four people and I have choose option with 2 single beds and a double sofa, when we arrived to the apartment I was in shock because them two single beds where joined together and the room was to small to separate them ....I choose the single bed option over double bed because I didn't won't to sleep in one bed with anyone... But on the end I had to because there was no other possibility, also I have sent text message to the hotel at night about the dog, which was barking all night nearly in apartment beside ours and I haven't got any reply .... Disappointed

The soap bottles were completely empty when we checked in, so I guess they should check on that. They changed them for me once I called them. The curtains didn’t properly close and the sun woke me up in the morning. But overall nice experience.

Very well situated for attractions. Easy access and communication with staff. A little noisy in the early hours. Guest returning and being noisy. Good clean hotel

So we stayed 5 days toilet roll was not ever replaced so we ran out, to have the room cleaned it was extra but worst of all its the workman working on a building next door from 7am constant drilling and banging, a wide range of power tools used throughout the day so never got the chance for a nap or to sleep in

Just what was required
This was a short stay with a group of friends. The hotel was what we expected, it was basic bau clean and within easy walking distance of the city centre with friendly staff and at a good price.

Closed shut after 10pm
Never got a chance to stay the night. Arrived to a locked doors with a note to call a number which went to an answering machine after a while... Left messages and never heard back from the place. Had to look for a hotel in the middle of the night. So much for 24h fron desk service and 2pm-midnight check-ins.

Fantastic location for all the sights of Krakow. Rooms and general condition of hotel was mostly ok, however walls and floors so thin that it was hard to get a good nights sleep when people were coming home from nights out in the early hours and you could hear absolutely everything

Great for the price!
Pros: - Lovely staff, very helpful - Beautiful rooms, loved the interior - Very comfortable beds - Great location, 10 mins from old town square Cons: - Very loud, walls must be thin as you can hear footsteps above and in the corridors - Strong smell of sewage in our bathroom in room 2, not sure why but had to cover the vents with a towel Overall, for the £75 i payed for 3 nights here i would recommend!

Very nice hotel
Nice clean rooms, excellent breakfast restaurant on site at 2 locations. Fast room service. Friendly desk attendants. Only issue is lack of elevators at 1 location and service only part way to higher floors. This would be difficult for elderly or disabled people.

Had a lovely few days here. The room was clean and spacious...given we had 4 single beds! The breakfast was good value at around £5 per person. Hotel staff were always very helpful and room service was very good The hotel was near the Old Town square, so plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Buses and trams were also very near. . The only downside was that the bathroom drain smelled occasionally, probably because of the wet weather.

The location was really good very central. The beds were very comfortable had no trouble sleeping.the staff were lovely and very helpful. The only downside was the awful smell from the bathroom I think there is something wrong with the drains.

Sound proofing is horrible. You can hear every cough, every whisper, every conversation. I left before my check out date because I was so sleep deprived from the terrible noise.

Within easy walking distance of the main square. Clean with great shower. Some staff very helpful but others could be surly. The hot breakfast was disappointing as it was cold and sloppy. The ham and cheeses were good though.
