Sea view room without sea view.
The building is old but not a problem. Only thing is my room says sea view but actually no sea view. The tree and the building in front of the hotel (across street) block 90% of the sea view. Other than that I am pretty happy with my stay with the price I pay. I hope the room description is more accurate. Thank you.

Nice seafront outlook and not far from Ao Nang
Nice location, clean and reasonably quiet and lots of eateries nearby. Breakfast was only average. Across the road from the beach which is better for walking rather than Swimming. Large pool but unfortunately with little shade.

Disappointed to say, booked a superior room which was not what was advertised on the website of the hotel. The room I was given is adjoining the housekeeping room, which staff clearly started working in there from 6am, as I heard them chatting, doing washing etc... they also have an entrance as do I from the room to the verandah, which is also right next to the staff car park... the outlook on the veranda was a bunch of scooters, not a view of the beach, which is the main reason I booked this hotel room. I won't be staying here ever again.

Unfortunately this hotel has a river running at the rear and makes the whole of the outside area smell of sewage. We also arrived very early and were unable to access our room even though we offered to pay, they said our room was occupied and could only offer us a room at a cost of 5000 bht (approx £130), so of course we declined. The staff at reception seemed to take great delight in not allowing us to our room until dead on 2pm. Unfortunately we had already prepaid for 4 nights otherwise we would have looked elsewhere for accommodation. Would not recommend or stay here again

very localized to food and drinks, night market down the st. If you are a smoker hotel is not very accommodating as one small area ONLY to smoke on whole site. Swim up bar a nice touch (but not in the sun) and happy hour 1-5pm daily

Back to Krabi
On arrival it was chaos, we were asked to email our booking confirmation to reception, and the chaos continued We had booked a Superior Upgrade but were given a standard room instead, when we asked to view the Sea Breeze Superior room it was actually smaller than the Standard room. On the Ground floor the Veranda facing the Jungle was smelly and the doors are difficult to operate We could not connect to the WiFi But overall the place is really nice, the bed comfortable and the staff really pleasant A few improvements would make this stay awesome

Family friendly hotel close to beach and boats
We stayed for three weeks in sea view rooms after finding our original hotel was not completed and we wanted to be in Nopparat Thara. This hotel is very clean and the cleaning regime is very thorough and regular including poolside and other outdoor areas. 5 stars on this front. The maid service was excellent and other staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic and in need of some drawers instead of 4 tables and an extra bed however they are spacious and would serve a family with young children easily. The breakfast is similar daily not always to European taste as the bakery is not fresh but the oriental choices were varied and quite tasty. On an evening it was very disappointing as our meal was inedible due to our "steak" being of dubious cut and quality and drenched in an unannounced orange sauce. We paid for that but did not return and it put us off ordering anything but sandwiches afterwards. The pool is cool and big with well trained staff, range of drinks and the coffee shop menu are good value with some delicious cocktails on offer. The mud slide was chocolate milkshake heaven. There is a fantastic and professional massage and beauty parlour opposite and various shops, street food vendors and convenience stores nearby We would stay here again and we rather liked the Luna Bar over the road...the music quietened down after the proprietor was asked by hoteliers in the area.

The hotel was good especially the pool... The local area is very priced accordingly to the area (very touristy therefore pricey) Bit of a travel to city but hotel is good...

My grand superior room overlooked a wall !!! Not great as you can imagine .Internet not good having to keep logging in.If you go for breakfast late there in no hot food or coffee.Overall not very impressed with this tired resort there are a lot better places far cheaper

I think when your wifi does not work and you show no intention of doing something about it, it should be told before the booking is made. Being told that its because of the "weather" to end the conversation is not the best thing. We had to go to the cafe on the other side of the street where the Wifi was A1 even when it was pourring rain. Other than that it was okay, the staff was nice

Overall we were pleased with this hotel, rooms were cleaned daily and beds made, and all the amenities were provided for the level of hotel. The location was great as the hotel is opposite the Nopparat beach and it is convenient for taking the longtail boat to Railey beach. All was fine until the end of our stay when we were informed we could not have the key deposit back until housekeeping had checked the room. We have been to several countries around the world, and this was the first time we have come across this. I was not best pleased as I had a taxi transfer waiting and the driver was not prepared to wait, the reception staff were not helpful in this respect at all. The buffet breakfast was varied, and there are two swimming pools so plenty of space to swim around in.

Srisuksant Resort Ao Nang - very good hotel
Stayed here for 9 nights in December 2015. Very impressed with the Hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, most of them spoke a little English and they were very willing to help with our requests. The hotel is literally across the road from the beach and the beach was lovely, Srisuksant also provide beach towels at no additional charge. There is also a safe box for valuable items again at no additional charge. The hotel has free Wi-Fi. The room was very clean and benefitted from air con, a must in my opinion. We had a bed and breakfast package and the buffet style breakfast was varied and very good and served between 7 am - 10 am. Our room had a balcony which was lovely, the room was fairly close to the road but noise was not a problem. The hotel is situated approx. 15 minutes walk from the centre of Ao Nang, restaurants, bars, shops and massage places can be found all along the street and in the immediate area. Great location, nice hotel, lovely people, I would stay here again.

i reach your hotel at 7.00 am...i have to wait till sharp 2.00 pm..other people come straight got room & have guest drink but how come we don't have? i say will pay more for early check up but they refuse too... i come for diving but have to cancelled it!! with bad weather n no air-condition with too tired no place to rest too.. i already write request for early check in...i can see all people can direct check in accept me!!! i pay for high price too!!

Nice hotel about 15 min walk around to Ao Nang Beach or 200 bht in Tuk Tuk. Room was clean and nice bed, breakfast fine but limited fruit choices. Bars accros the road to watch sunset, only had doof doof music one night. Very nice clean pool with swim up bar.

staff were very friendly and helpful.upon arrived, the bellboy approached me and take my luggages. Welcome drink and a very ice cold wet towel has been served while waiting for the queue to check in. Room looks a little but old and have some smell when we go in. Smell gone after I switched on the aircorn.location of the resort is near to the beach but far from the krabi town. You will need a scooter or take tuktuk to the town

Will not stay again, very bad experience
We booked 2 rooms for 3nights. The hotel did not give us the booked rooms as described in the order confirmation. We complained but they told the hotel is fully booked. Instead they gave us a rooms with bathroom and sink that was stuck. We complained and changed rooms after the first night. The rooms on the second night were even worst than the first because the mechanical noise from the air conditioning were so loud, we could not sleep at night. We complained again after the second night, the hotel finally gave us the rooms originally described in the booking confirmation. Our family holidays is totally spoilt by this experience and will not stay there in the future.

Pretty decent. Nice pool, good breakfast. Biggest complaint was poor windows which let in the amazingly loud booming from a nearby bar, which given my jet lag caused a very poor night's sleep.

Nice, affordable hotel, just across from the beach
We liked Srisuksant Resort. It is close to the main Ao Nang area (5 min walk) and just across the street from Noppharat Thara Beach. Good food, convenience stores, taxis and tuk tuks are practically at it's doorstep. Our hotel room was clean, although the shower tile grout could use a deep clean. Air con and wifi worked perfectly and beds were comfortable. The pool is very nice and the staff were friendly.

1st room we were given on the ground floor had a weird smell. After the first night we were given a room on the top floor which was a little more comfortable. However, generally we found the staff to have poor English and the manager of the hotel was rude when I pointed out that I was unhappy with our first room.

Great Stay in Krabi
The location of this resort is ideal for tourist on holiday who don't want to be too close but not too far away to the happening center of Ao Nang where shops, restaurants and pubs are (estimated 10 mins walk). There are minimarts just next to the Resort as well. The Resort area is quiet enough for us to have a pleasant stay and it is right by the beach (just walk across the street from the lobby area to reach Noppharat beach). The pool is big and very close to the rooms, hotel restaurant and lobby.The room we stayed in is spacious and right next to the pool except it needs a bit of touch up due to I think that particular building we stayed in is older. Nevertheless, I still will recommend this Resort and will come back & stay again.

The hotel is 30mun rude from Krabi airport. I stayed for 4 days.The rooms were quite comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. Although there was one occasion where we order room service and they didn't quite understand what we wanted to check. But overall the experience were pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
