On behalf of resort we so sorry for any inconvenience you may have. We thank you for your feedback and we have taken your note of improvement into consideration. I would like to inform that we happy to service free shuttle bus one for arrival guest from Island pier or another place to hotel at time between10.30- 16.30 hrs. please visit schedule at hotel website and we ask request in advance at least 1 night before the day of arrival that we could set schedule for next day, in case you have late request that we may could not confirm. and one drop off trip for inhouse guest from hotel at 11.30 hrs. to beach, market or village, we not drive direct to pier for departure trip we have no service to pier, we recommend use shuttle bus service that already include in ticket, in case online ticket or you want private transfer, taxi is available with reasonable price. Your comments have been seriously taken into consideration for improvement. As with the motorbike, we are very sorry that you have to pay a lot more than what we have informed you the day of your rental. Before we have release the motorbike to the guest, everything will be informed starting on how to operate the motorbike to the gas and if in case you will have a flat tire on the way. Since the island is very busy, people may have tend to make a living out from the foreign people visiting the Island. The resort's motorbike is very well kept and maintain because only the guest from the resort are allowed to rent this bikes. And guest do have the opportunity to choose which motorbike they would like to have during the renta, in which if the bike was not ok, the guest can choose and change the motorbike as they prefer. As for the laundry, our laundry service is a self service laundry where guest can freely do their laundry by themselves, or if not then they can ask the staff to do the laundry for them (where the staff just put it the laundry in the machine and move it to the drying machine if finished). For our housekeeping, we have taken action with the incident of unattending the room sufficiently for the guest during theur stay. This has been taken seriously by the management. We believe that our rooms are very well kept by our staff as per on the standard the management have been imposing for the better stay of our guest. May we kindly know which room you have been place when you arrive as we were wondering which steps are you referring to since all our rooms were all situated ground rooms which we does not have any rooms that needs steps. also we believe that all our beds were all anti-bedbugs mattress which does not allow any bedbugs to live in our beds. As for our WiFi, we are using a very good wifi company to provide all our wifi connection to the entire resort. The Island may sometimes experience a very rare connections but this only happens when there's some heavy rains or winds that might disturb the connection. We are still thankful for your comment and we will follow up the instances that you have experience for us to continue enhancing our services.
