This hotel is in a very convenient spot for walking to public transport and the harbor front for the ferries. You can tap a credit card to pay the fare. Hotel staff is incredibly helpful and cheerful. The concierge, Joe Tam, went out of his way to give us detailed directions , and seemed genuinely happy to see us return from our adventures lol. Room was immaculately clean, large and well appointed .

Imagine staying at a hotel where both bed and pillow are old and uncomfortable. The bed sunk in the middle. Ask housekeeping who said is bcos guests sit in the middle of the bed thats why the bed sag in centre.

Room good, check in and out good, location good Let down vadly by floor 3 Bar service which was terrible with a very arrogant male bartender doing everyone a favour by serving them

Good chain in a great shopping area of TST
Buffet breakfast adequate with many juices, hot drinks, fruits, salads and congee. The concierge service was excellent too. China ferry a 3-minute walk from the hotel, across a big Apple Store and many cosmetic and luxury brands.

The location is super convenient. Near the ferry pier and mtr station. It is a part of the Harbor city shopping mall and there are so many luxury shops. The breakfast buffet was a nice blanding of asian and western foods and service was excellent. Special thanks to Fran and Isabella!!!

Decent stay under the circumstances
I think the Hong Kong current environment has put a damper on my stay. Most if not all the restaurants/shops were closed extremely. The usually bustling area was like a ghost town. The hotel itself needs some upgrading. The service was good, but not flexible.
