“Could do better”

Set in beautiful grounds. accomodation in lovely cottages, courteous,friendly and helpful staff, there is an air of malaise about the place which seems to originate from management not being more proactive. The bathrooms need upgrading with those in the twin bedded rooms being rather small. The food was tasty and freshly made. It was good value for the price we paid. Better marketing and some modernizing should hopefully bring more guests to this resort.

Area recommendations
Boating on Kumarakom Lake for 2 - 3 hours on a houseboat.
