Top hotel, huge infinity pool with amazing views out to the sea. We had a superior room which had partial but nevertheless great sea view. Premium rooms will give you uninterupted sea views but at a premium.
Entertainment was pretty average. Food pretty run of the mill for all inclusive buffets but had a wide selection so something for everyone.
€15 into Kos town which is worth a visit but to be honest we were just looking for a relaxing holiday and this hotel was perfect for that.
Temps in high twenties, has an amazing spa aswell if you can take yourself out of the sun for a while.
Has a beach but we were happy by the infinity pool.
Great value, we booked through expedia and got transfers via company reccommended by hotel - went like clockwork. About 45mins from airport.
Would recommend this very highly and the staff were fantastic!
If you go all inclusive you only get one free night at the med restaurant on the front, we just went to main restaurant the rest of the time.
As a family of adults, we enjoyed our stay and intend to return. The rooms are great, food at hotel is best. Do not eat elsewhere. Antonio at the thalyssa restaurant is a dear. Night receptionist, george is extremely helpful and warm. Typical greek. all staff are welcoming, from bellboys, to managers, to waiters to beach towels guy.
Clean sandy beach, inviting waters even for the most lazy. Nearby hotels offer perfect football, beach volley for youngsters. Tennis at hotel.

First of all please don't be put off by negative reviews - some people will never be happy, always negative and overly critical. For the price we paid we got more than our money's worth - was our first family holiday as a British family of four with two small children we had a fantastic time. The village is clean and well presented beautiful scenery and beach minutes away. Rooms were spacious clean well air conditioned and refreshed daily by cleaning staff. The food isn't box standard which we expected - it was good quality fresh varied dishes both international and local Greek cuisine also a la carte Italian, palmy barbeque (highly recommend) and Greek restaurants within the village. People have commented on how busy it is at meal times but to be fair in an all inclusive resort during peak times it's to be expected. Varied cultures of guests - not a lot of English people but had a great time regardless of language barriers. Entertainment was good animation team were fantastic and offered varied activities throughout the day and evenings - also opportunities to visit neighbouring hotels providing free transport to and from we attended the aqua land free of charge also which was great for the kids. Also plenty to visit and see in the surrounding areas of kos. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout - we were thoroughly pleased with this holiday and would definitely return in the future.

This is a beautiful resort! The gardens are immaculate as is the entire resort and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Considering it is such a huge place, staff remembered us and quickly accommodated our requirements, even remembering our favourite evening drinks. Staff in the main restaurant are lovely and the food is amazing. The buffet style dining provides a wide range of options of both hot and cold dishes, everything is fresh and plentiful.
The little mini market has a wide range of products from cotton buds to cold beer, pencil sharpeners to pomegranates and the staff, again, are really friendly and helpful.
There is a friendly calm family atmosphere around the resort with plenty to do if you are that way inclined but no pressure to be active if you prefer a lazy beach and pool day. Each pool offers a different atmosphere with aqua aerobics and water polo for anyone who wants to join in at some or a quiet dip for the serious sunbathers at others.
Our room was clean and comfortable and set in a small block of eight appartment with views across the gardens and down to the sea. The resident little owl appeared daily and we had several sightings of a barn owl at night.
The sports facilities are great. We hired bikes for the day and had a very enjoyable ride to Kos Town and back. Most of the road runs alongside the beach so you can always stop for a dip when it gets too hot - which it will!
We would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family.

"Great value for money, lovely staff and good food"
This is a 2 star hotel, so you should not expect 5 star luxury. The hotel rooms need a bit of decorative upgrade, they are however kept clean and comfortable, with all the facilities you need. Air con is a great addition and not seen as standard in many hotels at 2 star rating. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel at home. The snack bar at the pool does great snacks and we even had an evening meal there; which was far better than a couple of external restaurants we went to in KOS town. In short, food was good! Pool was clean and well equipped and was used by many guests with good reports all round.
In summary, great place to stay, kept clean and it's cheap and definitely cheerful with nice staff. I read a lot of reviews stating it was noisey, unclean and for party animals only. This is not what I experienced, yes, the decor is not that of a 5 star, so don't expect that. There were also signs up stating that and persons causing loud noise and disturbing the guests would be made to leave.
What a fantastic hotel. If you're looking for somewhere peaceful, luxurious and relaxing then this ticks all the boxes! Great food, staff and rooms...the private beach is lovely and the service here impeccable! I would definitely return.
This hotel is small and quiet, out of town but within walking distance of the centre. The rooms are spacious and most seem to enjoy a secluded balcony. The management and staff are, without exception in our experience, friendly and eager to oblige and please.
The hotel shows it's age in smaller detail, for instance there are bath tubs in the bathrooms but the shower over the tub works well enough.
The majority of guests are older and this maintains the quiet atmosphere, it is not a place for those holidaying for the night life.
We were very pleased with our stay and are planning to return.
