“Of what's available in town, this is a better option”
There are not many quality hotel options available in Kokomo. After reading numerous other reviews of other hotels in Kokomo, IN this was close to the best available. It is the only smoke-free option and did not receive as many poor reviews as the other local hotels. The night we checked in (we arranged for a late check-in) was around 11pm. The front desk clerk was wacked out of her mind on something, I don't know what but she didn't know or couldn't remember her password for their computer system, when she did get logged in, she didn't know how to check us in. I had to repeat my name to her 4 or 5 times before she finally got it right. Luckily another far more helpful desk clerk showed up a few minutes later and salvaged what was left of that experience. The first desk clerk was going to put us in a room directly next to the kitchen (where the apparently begin cooking very early). The second desk clerk recognized this and moved us to another room (thankfully). However, when we got up to our room, the door was half open and we weren't sure if someone was already occupying the room. Luckily when we knocked, no one answered and the room appeared perfectly made up and undisturbed. Overall the room was comfortable and the rest of the staff was fairly helpful. I don't know that I would stay there again because of the horrible experience getting checked in and acquiring our room.

Well satisfied, room a little small, but nice. Missed breakfast due to New Years timing.
“Mediocre offering”
Everything was completer with reservation and check out. The rooms are very modest, with old, lackluster furnishings and a bed that was way too soft. You also must pay careful attention when arriving as the hotel is off the main road a little and I found the sign was not in a place I normally would be looking. Breakfast is not complementary, but was well-stocked and cost $7.95.
“Very Pleased!”
Check in was fast and efficient. It took less than 2 minutes to get checked in and get my room key. The room was very nice. It was very clean and had a nice smell when I walked in. There were no stains on anything and cleaning provided fresh towels every morning. The coffee offered in the room was surprisingly good and having a microwave and min-fridge in the room was a nice bonus. Will definitely stay here again.
“Great Stay!”
Very enjoyable experience! The hotel was great. The bathroom and bedroom were large. The beds were excellent! We selected the rooms with the free breakfast. The selection of breakfast items was wonderful (i.e. eggs, bacon, biscuits, belgium waffles, sausage gravy, fruit, etc.). We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Kokomo.
