Nightmare checking in yet again.
Why this hotel allows you to book a bungalow but not let you have this Accommodation without a 20 min discussion - always tell you they have given you a free upgrade into hotel. We booked a bungalow for a reason!! Also no pool bar/ restaurant on site and pool was dirty despite me asking for it to be cleaned. Has gone down a lot since our last visit and will not be going there again

Not good
Hotel was okey types and good location...but not nice stay for western people. Beacuse Malaysian's have their fasting period in there and seeng them with buckets every morning is not a nice thing when on holiday. And that smell..... Breakfast is also very poor. So all in all not happy at all. They should inform atleast their guests about having fasting people in.

Nice comfortable hotel on the beach. Good value.
I had room only and never had any food there, but it was ok. Safe boxes in reception. Kob who cleaned my room was very good. TV needed fixing but eventually they fixed it. Overall pretty good.

Welcome to Club POO
People walking around with buckets of poo, enema bottles and was woken up at 3am most mornings when detox group started. Restricted use of pool due to detox group foot soaking sessions and very loud PowerPoint presentations in resort. So loud it was heard when swimming at beach. Pool with broken tiles all over. Wifi was almost non existent most days. Reception staff extremely rude. Was told by the owner to leave if we didn't like it!

Good value beach front. Enjoyed my stay.
Large rooms with beach front at a very reasonable price. I thought it offers good value and enjoyable stay and the beach is marvelous.

When we came to check in the staff were very rude and not interested at all. This seemed to be the theme for the staff during our stay, bar a few. The room was ok, was a good size but wasn't very clean as we seemed to have a lot of ants in our room. The best thing about this hotel area is the pool and beach area. Pool is a bit tired but the views onto the beach and water is what makes this stay.

Disappointing!
Although on Chaweng Beach, this hotel is quite far from the main areas. You can get a taxi to Bo Phut for 200 bahts, but if you like to walk to places from your hotel, this is not the place for you. The room itself had no privacy (right in front of reception) and was not the cleanest. I shared my bathroom with a cockroach. When I arrived the bath plug was stuck in and the shower had issues (these issues were sorted quickly). After a few days building work started just outside my room, at which point I had had enough and found another hotel!

This place is a dump and the staff are even worse.
I booked this place last minute because of the price and my late arrivale to the island. I regretted it from the moment I arrived. The lady at the front desk was very rude. She showed me to my room which was less then sanitary. There was bugs in the room so I asked if I could change rooms. The lady informed me that they didn't have any other rooms at the price I booked and u would have to pay an upgrade charge. It was late so I just paid. Big mistake the second room was just as bad. The room was bug free. So I thought. And the sheets smelled dirty. I made them change the sheets and went to sleep. I woke up with 10 new mosquito bites and when I went to use the restroom I found out why. There was stagnant water in the shower which was built poorly and did not drain properly. It was a breeding ground for those little flying vampires. I went to the front desk to complain and the new lady was worse then the first. I informed her that I would be writing a bad review because of the room and she said she didn't care. Her exact words were. You are tourist. Tourist still book here no care what you say on wifi. Soooooo. Save your time money and blood and try to find something else

Nice family hotel
Couldnt fault the staff, They were all friendly and polite. The room we had was a little tired, no water pressure and lukewarm water, the beds were firm but that seems to be the norm. My biggest concern was the pool which my kids lived in, many of the edges of the tiles were exposed leading to minor nicks but they have had the same issue at our local pool at home and it didn't seem to faze the kids. The bottom rungs of the ladder were broken and exposed. The location was perfect and the price was reasonable.

Hotel was clean and room had all you require.Staff were friendly however a couple of hours after I arrived I pointed out a few minor problems in my room and they assured me they would fix them next day however 5 days later when I left they had not done so which I believe is not good enough. Also you have to vacate your room by 1200 which is fine however like most customers my flight was much later and there was no secure area to leave my cases you just leave them in front of reception which I was not happy about.

On the beach. value for money.
My priority was to stay directly on the beach for a good price. Which is exactly what I got. The staff were helpful and understood English. The breakfasts were good and there was a staff member doing a great job on the egg station. My only negative was that the pool was very small, but we didn't use it anyway so it didn't matter. They have lots of lounges and umbrellas on the beach. It was also an easy walk to restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The pictures look better than the actual hotel. We paid the extra few dollars to have an ocean view which got us a room off the road side of the hotel (which I recommend); however, the trees are so high you can't see the ocean. Things were clean enough but the hotel is a bit worn looking. The pool faces the beach and while the water was clean, the grout was black with mold. The breakfast had your basics and was OK. I found the staff to not be a very happy bunch. If you smiled and said hello, they responded, but no one seemed to initiate pleasantries or offer assistance unless asked. This seemed odd to me as most Thais are very friendly. The location is on the south end of the beach and there are plenty of places to shop and eat within a 10 minute walk. The main shopping, eating and nightlife area require a cab or tuk-tuk ride.

Great Location!
This hotel is in a great location! You can walk to all of the restaurants and shops, and they have their own chairs right on the beach designated for only the guests staying there. The sand is white and the water is turquoise, it is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen!! If you don't like the sand then their pool is right next to the beach and very clean. The breakfast buffet was just ok but the restaurant staff was so friendly it made the morning. They gave you 2 free water bottles everyday and had a helpful desk that set up activities for you. it was a great experience

We visited several places in Thailand and this was one the nicest one. The staff was friendly and helpfull. Rooms were basic but that's all you need in a place with such a nature. Food was basic but tasty.

Needs lots of work to be acceptable
Our Basic Bungalow needed a new sink tap and had toilet blockages every day for first 4 days. Also no water pressure on shower, plus no shower curtain. Hotel is generally rundown (needs lots of maintenance, replacement of old plastic tables, umbrellas, etc). Also had to ask for kettle, initial response was all in use, but one turned up later in the day. However, reception staff agreed to upgrade us to an apartment in the hotel at no extra charge. Breakfast is poor, bar staff not interested (spend most of their time on their phones), "general helper" was too forward/thought too much of himself, became surly at the end when challenged; however, reception, finance and cleaning staff all very friendly

Seascape resort.
I stayed there on the 1st to the23rd March and found the staff to be peasant enough. The place is kept quiet clean by ground staff and the rooms are clean enough. All in all a nice place to stay but if you like shopping maybe a little to far to walk to the busy part of Chaweng.

Absolutely Awful!!
This has got to be by far the worst place we stayed on the Island. We booked a bungalow and after reading all the positive reviews were really excited about staying. The window in the bathroom had a huge gap at the bottom that we had to stuff a towel into to stop any insects or lizards gaining entry. The shower water smelled of rotten eggs and i never felt cleaned for the stay. The was a smell of sewage outside our room. The breakfast was appalling! Flies all over the food. We couldn't drink the tea of coffee because the water was so bad. The staff in the restaurant were bored and non responsive and one even smoked while breakfast was being served. We had paid in advance for breakfast but after one day we had to eat elsewhere. We would not recommend this hotel at all and I couldn't wait to check out!
