During our stay in Japan, transportation wasn't readily available, making it fortunate that a train station was within a five-minute walking distance. The staff exhibited exceptional kindness, and the room was of superb quality!

Amazing looking hotels with a small shopping arcade and convenient store within. Nice interior. All staffs are there to stand ready to answer any of your inquiry. Free shuttle service to and fro from nearest train station(Sannomiya and shin Kobe). One of the best hotel I stayed in Japan:)

luxury room for this expense, but cleaning was not great - I saw several hairpins and some other small things on the floor.

Everything was excellent. The room was very spacious and all amenities were available. Breakfast was not included in the price but there is a convenient store in the basement where one can get breakfast.

Staff was friendly and helpful, Hotel was beautiful, Rooms were extremely dated, looked like it was from the early 1990's, beds were hard and pillows were flat and need to be replaced along with the beds.

Beautiful, but pricy.
The hotel looks super nice, but they charge you for almost everything. The pool was about 25 dollars to use per person and the breakfast was also 25$ per person. The beds are also very hard.

They have the shuttle bus from Sannomiya station and Shin Kobe station for free. It’s very convenient to get there anytime.

Nice and comfy bar at the second floor. Taste original 21yrs scotch whiskey and Rokko-san pure molt whiskey. The hotel has a marvelous view, night at Kobe Port w seaside line or mountains.

Hotel amenities cost extra- a lot extra!
Nice hotel with amazing view out towards the ocean and Kobe airport. Choose this hotel over other options because it had swimming pool and was looking forward to cooling off in the 32 degree weather. Unfortunately, the pool cost an extra 28000 yen per person!!! How disappointing:(

The hotel has great location conveniently located between Santomiya train station (Kobe downtown) and Kobe airport ( from where you can take Kobe water shuttle to Osaka airport). However, hotel itself is solid 2 stars. Rooms are old and in need of upgrade. Even non-smoking floors still have old smoke smell. Bathroom has paint coming off and all bathroom faucets are very old.

It is limited access to places and definitely not in busy area thats why it is quiet. Even that have been said they have convenient store right next to the lobby so you get whatever you need. it is very close to the airport so if you have a late flight, this is perfect.

Walls are paper thin. Beds are uncomfortable. Despite the high nightly rate, they charge another $15/person to use the pool or the gym. Would not recommend.

We booked this hotel for the pools so our kids could swim and play. Their outdoor pool is only open for two months between July and September and their indoor pool only has one lane for swimming and you have to pay a ridiculously high price to use it. Not too mention you have to wear a swim cap and can't have any tattoos to swim. The hotel is not very kid friendly as most of the restaurants require a two-day's notice if you want to order off their kids menu. The area around the hotel is dead and you have to catch the Portliner back into Kobe to do anything. Surrounding the hotel is only other hotels and conference centers. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. Room service was alright and the morning breakfast buffet was good but very expensive.

Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. They expedited check-in and took our bags right to the room. They oriented us to room features (A/C, shades and shower. We were one nighters but check out was quick and easy. Close to Kobe airport with taxi or rail transit.
