“Hotel Okura Kobe, Great place to stay.”

The courtesy bus to Shin-Kobe station works well. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.Would recommend for anyone staying in Kobe for any length of time.

“Exceeded expectations!”

My son and I were there for almost three weeks using it as a base for travel all over central Japan. The staff was so friendly, I hated to leave.

Location was excellent, and the hotel is outdated but kept in very good condition. No english tv channels and no wifi was a big dissapointment.

“Convenient location with excellent service”

A convenient hotel with excellent service that is starting to show hints of age. The rooms are fair sized, but appear cluttered. Disappointing that access to the indoor and outdoor pools are each overpriced.

“Hotel in Kobe”

Overall I found this hotel to be very good, eating in the hotel is expensive, the beds are on the hard side but the staff are very helpful and quite a few spoke english. This hotel is in a good position. I would stay there again. Judy Australia.
