“Good for Business or Family”

Very nice staff. Have free suckers for the kids at the front desk. Indoor pool was small, but nice. Nice location around West Knoxville, shopping and restaurants.

“Great place to stay in Knoxville”

The hotel was nice and clean. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a great area full of shopping and resturants, most within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel and will definetly stay there again.

I prefer West Knoxville, everything is convenient and theres a variety of things to do.

“Can't wait to go back”

This hotel is new and very sheek. It is in a perfect location with many restaurants, Walmart, Target, Imax Theatre, and a mall. The hotel staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this to fellow travelers!

“Great family hotel”

Nice hotel. We really appreciated the free breakfast. Had a king room and there was lots of space. It was great to have an indoor pool, but there weren't many chairs to sit in around the pool. It is near a nice shopping area and access to many restaurants. We would definately stay there again.

“Very comfy rooms”

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights to explore Knoxville and the surrounding areas. This was our first time staying at SpringHill Suites and we were both impressed. I loved the layout of the rooms, they had a separate living area and a mini kitchenette which was great because we had leftovers from every restaurant we went to. The beds were sooo comfortable, which was a real surprise to me because I rarely ever get a good night sleep on a spring mattress(we own a Tempurpedic). The only problem I had was the noise from the freeway. I am a very light sleeper, but my husband said he couldn't hear a thing. I guess thats the price you pay for having close access to it. Besides that everything was awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a large variety of items. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. This was extremely convenient.

Traveller's tip

We made a trip to the Great Smokies, and on the way are two cute towns, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We drove through Pigeon Forge but actually stopped in Gatlinburg and walked around the town. They have so much stuff to do there, great for families with kids, but the two of us had a blast. The Ripley's Aquarium is a must see. And you have to take a drive up the mountains, we saw so many wild bears so close to the road. It was a great trip!

“Look forward to my next stay.”

The room was very elegant and spacious. The free internet service was a plus. Within walking distance to some of the best chain resturants and shops. The in-house snacks very pricey so you better stop at the local store if you don't want stcker shock for that late night snack.
