“Hilton Alcoa Airport”

I stay all over the south and this is the best hotel I've found. The room, TV, working space are all excellent, The fitness room is great, with freeweights, ball, pads for yoga, the bar in the center of the hotel courtyard is good food, fast service and nice surroundings. I look forward to my trip to Knoxville and this hotel.

“Nice big room, but some airplane noise”

Hotel was nice. The bed was quite comfortable and the room one of the larger I have stayed in. A little jet noise but not too bad. Go somewhere else for breakfast. The restaurant buffet looked nice but food wasn't very hot and the pancakes were hard.

“Excellent airport hotel”

Clea,good service and excellent amenities. good bargain for money plus easy access to airport. Far from downtown,however.

“Great Place”

Very nice set up and great location. My only complaint is that there was absolutely no ventilation in the bed or bath area and windows did not open. This made for a little stuffiness and humidity from the shower.

“its almost in the airport”

the staff are welcoming, nice location from airport however, very far from the city. the hotel provide a shuttle to the most nearest places in the city. rooms are clean and comfy, also bathrooms. if i go back to Knoxville I'll go there again for sure

“Comfy”

Room was comfortable, as was the bed. After traveling all day, I appreciated the quiet, the good food, and the bed. Only thing was that I found the floor of the bathtub a little slippery. Staff very nice.

“Hilton Knoxville”

Just fine.... what you would expect from hilton....Parking lot at end of building due to airport layout but no big issue.....All was good and good deal from expedia.....room comfy.....had two rooms for family...all good....

“Great airport hotel”

staff attentive and cordial...great restaurant...hotel was quiet even with three college basketball teams staying there at the same time...you can walk to hotel from the terminal.

“Great Hotel will definately stay there again when I go back to Knoxville”

The only downside was the parking lot is a long way from the elevator that takes you to the rooms.

Area recommendations
The area around the Foothills Mall was very nice with lots of shopping & plenty of restaurants.
