The people that were staying were very loud on the first floor the two nights we stayed and nobody did anything about it. I think they were there for an extended period of time. They played their music loud and were drinking out in the parking lot the night before and the next morning, they just left the pile of cans in the landscaping in the back. The breakfast was not good. The hot water was not hot, the coffee container was empty, the hot breakfast was empty, and the pancake maker wasn't working. Our room had a distinct smell that never went away.

Friendly staff, they had a hot breakfast which was decent. We didnt use the pool, looked small but clean. The hotel itself was clean, my room on the other hand was not. Looked like pop was splattered on the wall, dead bugs in the windowsill, hair on my bed, hair on the extra bedding for the pull out, large stain on the comforter and no TV remote. With there being 2 other hotels in the same parking lot, not sure I would choose here again.

From the moment I booked the staff was great. To the shuttle driver that was driving in the most miserable weather here in Knoxville, and Alicia, who is behind the counter was awesome. Anytime I had a question. Alicia was right there. Answering my question. The best western should be so grateful to have employees like her.

I liked the convenience of the location. The parking was ok and well lit. However, There were a couple cars full of people there every night for 4 nights that were just hanging out in the back parking lot that made me very uncomfortable. When you purchase a room that sleeps 6 people, there should be a bigger coffee pot in the room to accommodate 6 people not that little one serving thing that was in there! What needs allot of improvement is the ventilation in the bathroom in 207 where we stayed. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom because there was no working exhaust fan to get rid of excess moisture. Also, there were about 10 lady bugs in the room.

Staff was nice, however the elevator needed to be mopped, the area where the ice machine was gross, my feet were literally sticking on the floor. Was not the cleanest hotel I've stayed at. Room was okay but I could see spots on the chair that could have easily been cleaned up. Beds were comfy and ac and heat worked great.

The hotel looks like a half way thru renovation. The bathroom door is dropped and need to give it a hard push to close. The light also make loud noise. The WiFi does not work. The pool is closed. TV is in low definition that doesn’t bother me as much. Yet for paying more than $200/ night, I expect a better quality. The location is great as it is minutes to TYS. The receptionist greet us promptly.

Dirty shower with used soap and hair. Large gaps between walls and ac with huge number of spiderwebs. Dirty phone in room didn’t work. Fire alarm taped to ceiling. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Dirty. Breakfast was old food and good luck if you don’t eat meat.
