The hotel is located in a very good place, few steps to old town, centre and the port to go to Smiltyne. The only one thing to be improved- breakfast. Cookies and pastries were not fresh, coming at 9:00 or 9:30 there was lack of hot meals like pancakes, omlette. Generally the choice is quite little.

Nice place to travel to the beach
Nice place, ferry is just close and costs 1€ for person only, however some 100 meters to walk a bit around to cross the brige.

Would recommend!
We had 2 nights trip with breakfast included. Room- spotless clean, big enough with balcony mini fridge, tea, coffee, heated floor bathroom- all was perfect. We had an impression they were trying to arrange living for clients to meet less bcs of covid risk. However breakfast was arranged in one room with tables close enough to each other - some clients were trying to keep distancing, some not. It was the only minus to have perfect trip during pandemy. During travelling we had experienced already that hotels were scheduling breakfast, arranging in particular hours for each client to chose his/ her best fitting in order to avoid covid risk. Wished this approach or similar would be implemented here. Btw, hotel and breakfast room was in separated building, and this was the little cute bridge to cross. BUT! This bridge is one of the oldest in Europe which is moved each hour to pass iachts! Make sure to succeed to get in time if you almost overslept breakfast 😅 All in all, would definitely return.

Unexpected thoughtfulness
Despite making a last minute reservation, I got a very bright and spacious room with comfortable sitting area. This was perfect because it ended up being a horribly rainy, windy, cold day. So I just curled up and read a book and drank some tea. I finally ventures out, which was easy because of their proximity to Old Town and the Klaipeda Castle. Also nice to be so close to the boats and the ferry to Smyltne. And don't forget to check out the creepy sculpture at the drawbridge between the hotel parts. I had to leave very early the next morning to catch my train. When I checked out, they had a packed breakfast ready for me because I had mentioned in passing I would need to leave before breakfast was served. That thoughtfulness and initiative really capped an otherwise lovely stay.

Value for money hotel
The Old Mill Conference Hotel is in reality an annexe of the Old Mill Hotel, which sits in close proximity in the harbour area. Breakfast was served at the other hotel Reception only works part time, and at other times one would have to go to the other hotel first. The reception was there when I arrived and was very helpful, printing the boarding cards for my next flight The only windows are velux dormers so you cannot see much except sky. The winter is beginning to set in on the Lithuanian coast, but the heating was not on. Wifi works well, and breakfast was plentiful

Nice surprise
It was just a pitstop on our journey to Latvia. However after seeing the lovely surrounding in the daylight (we arrived very late) i am thinking now of a holiday destination Klaipeda. The hotel was lovely. Air-conditioned - which was necessity this hot summer. It was a bit confusing when we arrived .. as it is at least 2 building complex...we did get to the right It is all yards away.

Pretty building and friendly staff
Very happy with everything about the hotel. Very reasonably priced and in a pretty spot by the port in Klaipeda. The room wasn't the biggest with sloping attic walls, but was clean, comfy and not far from the centre of town.

An sich ist es ein schönes Hotel und das Zimmer war groß, das Bad modern. Allerdings war die Klimaanlage total überfordert und das Fenster nicht zu öffnen weshalb die Temperatur in der Nacht nicht unter 26,5 Grad gesunken ist. Da ist erholsames Schlafen eher nicht möglich. Dafür hat das Frühstücksbuffet viel Luft nach oben.

Aptarnavimas patiko, personalas paslaugus ir vieta puiki, bet tikrai nesitikėjau remonto: per langus matėsi pastoliai ir kelių sluoksnių plėvelė, statybvietės aplinka. Fasado remontas pačiame įkarštyje. Buvo labai nemalonus ir brangus siurprizas.

Siisti hotelli lähellä keskustaa. Hieman vaikea päästä perille, koska Navigaattori ehdotti reittejä, josta ei voinutkaan ajaa. Lähimmillään olin 20 metrin päässä kaksi kertaa, mutta kanava oli välissä.

Mukavaa majoittumista Klaipedassa
Kirjautuminen viereisen hotellin resoassa. Sujui nopeasti. Huone oli varsin tilava, siisti ja sängyt sopivan pehmeät/kovat. Aamiainen melko monipuolinen, ei luksusta, mutta ok. Kokonaisuutena hyvinkin hintansa arvoinen eli n. 85€/yö. Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Pysäköinti ilmainen.

Viešbutis kuklus. Recepcijoje dirbanti mergina paslaugi ir draugiška. Kambaryje veikiantis kondicionoerius naktį karts nuo karto įsijungdavo ir burgzdavo kaip senas galingas šaldytuvas, nuolat pažadindavo. Atsidariau langą, įskridęs uodas sugėlė rankas ir veidą. Lova patogi, vonios kambary įranga kukli, bet viskas veikia. Pusryčiams pasirinkimas mažas, nėra salotų baro. Aptarnaujanti mergina buvo apsimiegojusi ir nepaslaugi.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen, der Blick ist herrlich auf den Hafen. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Γενικά προτείνεται
Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται ακριβώς απέναντι από την χερσόνησο δίπλα στο ποτάμι. Είναι μόλις 10΄περπάτημα από το κέντρο. Έξω ακριβώς από το ξενοδοχείο έχει δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο με μεγάλο μπάνιο και γενικά καθαρό. Το πρωινό δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα πλούσιο αλλά ήταν γευστικό. Το θέμα που δημιουργείται είναι ότι είναι το ίδιο ξενοδοχείο με το old mill το οποίο δημιουργεί κάποια θέματα. Πρώτον η reception του conference κλείνει στις 5 οπότε και πρέπει να απευθύνεσαι στο άλλο ξενοδοχείο για ό,τι χρειαστείς. Δεύτερον το πρωινό σερβίρεται στο άλλο ξενοδοχείο τα οποία χωρίζονται μεταξύ τους με μία γέφυρα (λόγω του ποταμού) η οποία ανοίγει κάποιες φορές την ημέρα. Φεύγοντας από το πρωινό μας θέλαμε να πάμε βιαστηκά στο δωμάτιο να ετοιμαστούμε για να πάρουμε το φέρρυ να πάμε απέναντι. Πετύχαμε λοιπόν την γέφυρα την ώρα που άνοιγε να περάσουν τα καραβάκια και μας άφησαν με το ζόρι να περάσουμε απέναντι. Σε διαφορετική περίπτωση θα έπρεπε να περιμένουμε 15' να ξανακλείσει με συνέπεια να χάναμε το φέρρυ για την χερσόνησο και το επόμενο ήταν 1,5 ώρα μετά. Το επόμενο θέμα που αντιμετωπίσαμε ήταν με τις κάρτες εισόδου οι οποίες από την πρώτη στιγμή δεν λειτουργούσαν. Το προσωπικό δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλικό. Ρωτήσαμε στην reception τί μπορούμε να επισκεφτούμε στην πόλη τους και το μόνο που μας είπαν είναι ότι τα μπαρ εκεί είχαν κλείσει λόγω λήξης της θεριινής περιόδου και να πάμε μέσα στον ιστορικό κέντρο στο tourist info να μας πουν τί να δούμε.

Likau nusivylęs vizitu. Nors ir nieko daug nesitikėjau iš kambario, bet nesusipratimas dėl pusryčių privertė parašyt neigiamą komentarą. Užsakymas buvo su pusryčiais, tačiau viešbutis dėl neaiškių priežasčių neva negavo informacijos apie pusryčius. Keisčiausia buvo viešbučio pozicija, kad tai kliento problema, nors iš ilgų administratorės skambučių vadovams galima buvo, kad problema kartojasi ne pirmą kartą. Tikrai ne klientas sudaro sutartis su booking.com ar expedia.com. Ir tikrai ne klientas turėtų jaustis durniaus vietoje už tokius nesusipratimus. Čia yra viešbučio reikalas užtikrinti, kad tokios situacijos nesikartotų ir padaryti taip, kad klientas nepaliktų neigiamų rekomendacijų

El hotel está bien y el emplazamiento me ha parecido estupendo. Las habitaciones muy amplias y bonitas y la cama muy comoda. el problema era el aire acondicionado de la habitación que no se puede modificar ni tan siquiera apagar, porque está centralizado, en concreto el de nuestra habitación hacia mucho ruido . Tuvimos que ponernos tapones en los oidos. La chica de recepción tiene un horario de 8 de la mañana hasta las 8 de la tarde, de tal manera que se cierra la recepción, si tienes algun problema tienes que dirigirte a otro hotel que esta al lado pero que no resuelven nada. Aunque en la reserva tenía desayuno incluido, nos dijeron que no, la única opción era pagar 7€ por persona. Consistía en un plato a elegir de tortilla o huevos o gachas... y café o te. Y tardaron casi una hora en hacerlo para los 6. Y eso que no había ningún cliente más en ese momento...
