“It worked”

I traveled here for business and found the hotel just fine. Quiet for the most part, friendly desk staff (though the woman training one of the other attendants was a bit snippy with her). Not a bad place

“clean, friendly staff.”

Easy to find, staff even gave me directions over the phone. The one thing I would change and it's not just this hotel is to have more accessible rooms with sit down showers rather than tubs. Even though the staff was very nice and brought a shower chair into the bathroom for my Mom, she was still not able to step into the bathtub.

“The Kirksville Express”

We liked our quiet room at the end of the hall but hallway exit door lock / latch made allot of noise when opened / closed by people coming and going. Free breakfast was good and we liked sitting out on the patio deck. Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel.

“Nice but noisy”

The condition and cleanliness of this hotel was great. Unfortunately the walls aren't very soundproof. I was awakened from a late afternoon nap by a very loud movie in an adjoining room, I think the maid had it on. Also, we were awakened at 2 a.m. (until 4 a.m.) by the drunks in the other adjoining room. Breakfast was good even though I wish they had some fresh fruit available. Otherwise no problems.

“Nice stay”

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, and I think the hotel had been remodeled in the past few years, so everything was in good condition. I had reserved a room with 2 queens, but when we got there, I told them we only needed a King, so they ended up upgrading us to one of the nicer suites with just a King bed for free.

“Great hotel”

I was very impressed with the Holiday Inn in Kirksville, MO. I am traveling there this weekend and they are booked and I am disappointed that I can not stay there again this time.
