“Loved it!”
Everything was beautiful! And the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

“Great hotel, right on the harbourfront”
We only stayed at the Radisson for a night, but were impressed with the friendly staff and location. The entrance was a little conusing to find and we ended up walking thru' the car park each time... we may have missed the main door, we weren't there for long. Our room was lovely, although the air-con unit was a little noisy and we had to switch if off at night. Our request for a baby-cot wasn't picked up and we had to ask the front desk for one to be delivered. It came quickly (within 10mins) and the chap who bought it up was very helpful. Definately a good hotel, we'd definately recommend it.
“Decent, but nothing special”
Decent hotel, clean and polite staff, but nothing special. No extra's like late check out or upgrade to a king sized bed instead of two doubles. Was an acceptable place to stay, but nothing to get my loyalties.

The hotel was nice. The hotel is in a very good location. The 1000 island cruise is worth doing. No in room safe in the hotel room which is a shame.
“Kingston's Best”
We have stayed at the Radisson in Kingston many times, and despite a fairly high price point choose it every time. The location is lovely - right on the waterfront - and the rooms and service are always excellent. From the hotel you can stroll to all the fine restaurants and features of downtown Kingston. Definintely a good choice.
“Terrific Hotel on Kingston's Waterfront”
I took my family to Kingston for a mini holiday. What a great hotel find. Hotel was on a wharf with amazing views of the lake, historic downtown and the military college. our room overlooked Confederation harbour. ( fantastic view ) everything was in walking distance. Great farmers market on the weekend. We had a romantic dinner at the hotel restaurant ( Aqua Terra ). Again overlooking the harbour...Food was just great !! Best part for the kids was swimming in the indoor rooftop pool overlooking the lake.. This hotel was way beyond my expectations as was the city..I would highly recommend staying here.
“Radisson Kingston”
The room was nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. However, the room smelled badly (I am not sure what the smell was but I was able to make it managable with the bathroom fan). My biggest problem was that the entrance to this hotel is through the parking garage. I think this is unsafe, particularly for a woman travelling alone at night as well as it being very unappealing. I would not stay there again. It is a shame that a hotel such as a Radisson lakefront couldn't find a way to have an entrance to the lobby off the street.
“Good location but parking for an SUV or Mini Vans an issue”
Parking at the hotel was extra charge and was not informed of it at the website.. Parking spots were made for sub-compact vehicles - SUV and Mini van owners beware! Parking Garage is currently undergoing renovations which limited the number of available spots during my stay.
