We only stayed 2 nights but it would be great for a longer visit. Our room was a little worn, but clean, very roomy, and very comfortable. (Lots of room to store your stuff.) The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay and there's plenty of room to bring in your own pots/pans/food. Full size frig/freezer, stove, coffee pot. The bed was comfy and the large sofa recliner and large rocking recliner were great at the end of the day. Parking was next to our room and we never heard another guest! The ladies at the front desk were great! There are lots of restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc. close by, towards I-95. I would absolutely stay here again.

Check in was good. Good amount of space for our pup. Only issues were the room had a smell, even though we booked non smoking and could use some updates.

The game room was fun for the kiddos and the rooms were large. Make sure you annotate you have pets when booking the room, there are specific pet rooms there with no carpet. Great staff!

Very nice and quiet stay. It was great to have a full kitchen and living room for the price of a hotel in the area! Will stay again next time I'm in the area. Thank you for the kind hospitality offered by the front desk clerk and the cleaning staff.

I liked the room and the easy check in/out. What I was not satisfied with was there was never any clean towels brought and the bathroom was not cleaned before our stay. There was dried urine on the toilet seat when we arrived.

The room was filthy and looked nothing like the pictures. I have several pictures and there's far too many issues to address this way. I need to talk to someone because I even left a day early due to roaches being in the room and SEVERAL other issues that I felt put my children in harms way and we got sick.

I've got to hand it to Ms. Tiffany. Her customer service is excellent. The room was spectacular, game room & pool was fun for us and the kids. Very quiet area. Felt like home away from home. Definitely gonna be our go to spot for getaways. Next time we may plan a full weeks stay instead of just a weekend.

I chose to stay at Mariners Suites because there are so many 5 star reviews. Maybe my expectations were too high. Mariners is not the worst place I've seen, but it also isn't for everyone. Here are somethings that may help you decide. 1) The office closes everyday (I believe 2pm on weekends, 6pm weekdays). There seems to be an on-call manager who is available, so when I could call, I did get through to a person. But, it was a little weird arriving to see my name sticky-noted on a mail box, the room key and a map were inside. 2) The mattress was very firm. Personally, I liked this, but not everyone does. 3) The closet is shared with the water heater &/or A/C unit and smelled a bit musky. I just left the door open so it wasn't as noticeable. 4) Somehow my room kept smelling horribly of stale cigarettes, and on a few occasions it smelled a little skunky mixed in (if you catch my meaning). Upon returning home, my clothes did smell a little bit, but nothing a little Febreze couldn't handle. 5) The "living room" and "bedroom" are quite spacious. The kitchen was a bit smaller than I was expecting, but worked for me. 6) Upon entering the room I immediately noticed food, dirt, and pet hair accumulated in the corners and along the baseboards. Just needed a good edging with a vacuum really, but I didn't have one. Everything else seemed clean, but I went and got some Lysol just in case. 7) Lastly, it seems one of my own towels was taken by mistake which I just find amusing.

Room wasn't clean clean. Not a serious problem for me as i always clean before getting settled after checking in no matter what the room looks like. You can tell they are holding on to stuff until they are forced to upgrade or change things out. I would definitely stay again for the space and price and amenities. Check in was a breeze. Pool was clean and ready for a hot summer dip. No nuisance from other stayers is always a plus. Saw some people grilling and enjoying the covered area by the pool.

Memorial Day getaway
This place is great one of the best places we ever stayed at and we go alot to been to some great hotels and some suck butt ones but this one at the top of the list Lexis the front desk girl was the best she so nice and friendly knowledgeable about her job i call on her 3 or 4 times and ever time she was nice and great to deal with she was extra nice to our grand daughter Gemma yall need to give this girl a rasie and make sure you do whatever to keep her working here

We walked in and it was very homey. The beds were comfortable. We had a good night sleep the first night but the second night the smoke alarm started beeping about midnight and we could not sleep. We left the next morning telling the person I told about the smoke alarm beeping. She did not even say sorry but did thank me for telling her.
