We certainly understand your frustration and apologized to you several times. When booking with a third party you pay the third party directly. We only ask for your credit card for incidentals. We explained this to you, we even offered to show you on our computer that your room was paid with a virtual credit card. Your erratic behavior frighted the front desk staff, which in fact I had guest calling me directly because they were worried about the safety of the front desk. The police were called, you and your party were escorted off the property. We also informed Expedia that we would waive the cancelation policy as we tried in every way to explain to you, we did not double charge you. We are always providing outstanding hospitality to all our guests even during situation like this, we tried to make the situation correct.While we know we cannot change the negative experience you had this time; it is our hope you will give us another opportunity to prove ourselves to you.Jeanine MorrisGeneral Manage
