It is right off the highway so it was easy to find. The front desk staff is friendly and polite. The room is large and the bathroom is well stocked and very clean The bed is really comfortable and the bed linens are beautiful plus lots of pillows

Love the layout of the room to allow for a larger bathroom. Sloppy job of tile grout and sealer. Only one tissue left in box and no lotion in dispenser.

We stayed here Saturday 12/9 to 12/10. This stay started out with a bad experience at check in - but that issue is no longer my biggest concern. I will add that less than an hour of being room #215, we started sneezing and itching. We went to the $ stores and got Benadryl which helped. Now, to address our biggest concern: As we were leaving, my husband and I were straightening up by up& making sure we didn’t leave anything behind…. That’s when we saw the bed bug / tick - not really sure what it was, but it was very disconcerting to realize we just spent the night with blood sucking bug(s). We did not look for more, we were already disgusted dinging the one on a pillow. If this app allows up to upload video or photos, we will. Other travelers need to be aware of this. We will absolutely not stay here again during our visits with family in that area.

The hotel staff was amazing. The room was clean. I would have to wonder what grade of sandpaper they make their towels from. Also, the toilet paper is cheap. For a Hampton Inn (Hilton Property), we were quite disappointed in those features. The bed was also quite hard. Normally they are very soft and comfortable.

The staff is absolutely AMAZING and kind. The hotel is well located and walkable to dining and shopping etc. My only suggestions are in regards to parking. The lot is small and tight. Being close to the lake this is a regular place for several of our tournament boats to stay. Unhooking the boats is no big deal. However, there really needs to be more power option (like on light poles etc

I did not feel that the room was as clean as it should have been. It needs updating. The char in my room had nasty stains on it. Refurbishing the whole facility would help.

The decor was better than I anticipated in the lobby as well as my room! Cool b/w artwork thru out the hotel and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They always had a smile when I saw them!!!! Thanx for a wonderful stay!!
