Me and my partner stayed here for 7 days while visiting friends in Athens. We had a delightful time, the hotel is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained and very clean. The pool to the rear is a lovely place to chill out away from the city and nice to take a dip in. The standard double room was of a large size with a view over the pool area, bed was very comfortable. Reception staff, bar staff and cleaners were friendly and always willing to help. I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay while visiting Athens.
My only critique has to do with the obvious priority to party events. In particular, I have to agree with the breakfast arrangements.
It would be nice to have a basic selection of tea and bread until the a la carte menu is prepared.
The staff though were exceptional in ensuring everything was served on time and everyone was happy.

The hotel is not near downtown Athens if that is what you are looking for... it is located in a very nice suburb about 20km away or so. Neighbourhood is wonderful -- mature parks and trees. Also, unlike many areas in downtown Athens, the neighbourhood near the hotel is quite affluent and safe -- lots of hip bars and restaurants.
Hotel staff was wonderful. I had a flight and had to leave the hotel at 6:30am prior to breakfast -- but they packed me a breakfast to go in a doggie bag which I could enjoy while in transit. Very nice touch
The taxi driver had a difficult time finding this hotel from the airport. I thought the hotel was 500 meters from the Central Bus Station when in fact it was 500 meters from a bus stop. I had to be on a bus by 0700 the next morning so this misunderstanding on my part caused stress until the evening when the son of the owner could communicate with me in English. My evening meal had to be ordered in because there were no restaurants nearby the hotel. It was a nice family owned Greek hotel, but not convenient for my needs on this trip.

Such a large size room for Greece, quiet tranquil. Choose to have breakfast at the Palace as it's superb. Walk is downhill to the train station which takes you everywhere. Local shops and cafés are the best
