“Top class central hotel”

First class hotel.Superb swimming pool. Excellent buffet breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Drinks very expensive even by london west end standards.

“Probably the best in Kiev”

This is a beautiful hotel, very elegant and the food was excellent as was the service, my only complaint was that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance for the whole of August, one of my main reasons for booking Premier Palace was the pool as the temperature was 30-40oc in Ukraine, if I had been told of this I would have gone elswere, otherwise every thing was very good

“staff steal”

The Hotel was nice as one would expect from a hotel that costs that much. However by gold chain and cross were stolen from my room! they had a sentimental value more then any thing else as I have been baptised with it and had it all my life, it was extremely cheap a very simple little gold cross with a fine gold chain certainly not screaming if you take me you will be rich! Hence I would not advice any one to stay in such a hotel as any of your possessions that have any value risk of being taken. and the manager was not even socked by what happened as if it happens all the time, and did not offer any sort of compensation just said we will investigate. I would expect a lot more from a hotel like that, hence I would recommend for you to go to one of the western chains where the customer is taken more seriously.

“Not good value.”

Room was OK, but was expecting much better given the price. Wired ethernet was included, but wireless internet was charged for.
