“Exceeded Expectations.”

Hotel greatly exceeded our expectations. My wife and I are both from Kiev, but have not been there in 20 years. We were not sure what to expect, and were not looking forward to the hotel. Just wanted something convenient and clean. But the hotel is GREAT. From the moment you walk it, service is very friendly and people are very attentive. Everything is available in English if you want, or other languages. Pretty sure I heard receptionist and restaurant staff speak at least English and German. Room was great, clean, large, in great, clearly recently renovated shape. The only downside was 2 beds instead of a king. Location is convenient to the Metro and other public transportation, lots of restaurants walking distance from the hotel, and the hotel restaurant is very nice as well. They don’t make a point of telling you, but you can order anything you want for breakfast and its included. So if you can explain how you want your eggs or whatever they will do their best to make it.

“Cozy and convenient with superb service”

This was my second stay. Hotel staff was helpful and fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was convenient with tasty food. The location is conveneient to the underground and many historical sights. Breakfast was a little lacking in variety and food would run out quickly. Don't use the taxi associated with thehotel as it is way overpriced.

Have stayed there twice and it gets better each time. They want to keep their 4 star rating and are doing a good job at it.

“A reasonable place to stay in Kiev”

Inside the hotel is quite comfortable and the room I stayed in clean and pleasant. Free wi-fi is available and there is a TV with a few English language stations (although not UK based ones). Not all rooms have a bath. Breakfast was included but was quite basic and service in the restaurant was sometimes slow. I had a few evening meals and the food was good when they didn't run out of things like chips. The area surrounding the hotel is quite rough however it is near a metro stop so getting around the city is easy (when you get used to the metro).

“Good value for the money”

The hotel is in the lower part of central Kiev, very close to the bottom of the tram to upper central Kiev (at the end of Khreshatik). The rooms are large for a european hotel, and nicely kept. The staff spoke english, and the small restaurant had a good/efficient breakfast buffet and good (but pricy) dinner menu. A short 3-4 block walk to restaurants and coffee shops makes this a good stay for business travel.
