Had the best experience in this place. Very close to palats sportu metro station. Within 5-7 minutes walk to khreshathk street. Very safe and posh neighbourhood. Check in and check out were easy. Maid very helpful. Staff helped to print out our tickets. Spacious room, jacuzzi was brilliant and so was the kitchen! Beware of any policeman in Ukraine-they want your money at the pretext of asking for your documentation etc!

it was a little hard to find but if you travel like i do, i perfure flats over hotels. That way if you want to come back with someone or have friends to your room , you can do as you please. The room was clean and had every thing you need ans feel as you where at home.

Not the first time in Kiev and always stay with Partner Guesthouse because of it's perfect central location, very stylish and modern apartments and especially because of a great customer service and staff! Daily cleaning, sleepers, free wi-fi, flat screen tv and many other small little things gave a perfect impression of my stay!

“OK for the money, if you get a good rate and a good room”

If budget matters for you, then this hotel may give good value for the money. The prices vary, however, and so does the quality of the rooms. So, if you are early and get a good rate – take this hotel. When prices go over 60-70 Euro per room per night – start looking for other places. In general, hotels in Kiev are overpriced, compared with prices of transportation, concerts and food in this city. Our room this time had good basic equipment, but lacked eating table, chairs and a sofa. Also, the noise from the main street was available. Worse was a continuous beep-sound from a car alarm or an electric box outside our window. We have had several rooms in this hotel, and the best one was in the building of the reception, on No. 19 Baseina Street. The room that we are describing here was 10 minutes walking away from the reception building.

Do not expect hotel/guest house services because this is not a hotel/guest house. It is a self catering apartment near the city centre. Having said that, the management office is just across the road and the office staff are very helpful and friendly. For adventurous traveller, it is a good experience. The apartment is renovated to high modern standard from an old building in a side street. Got air conditioning and jacuzzi and very spacious. Can't get this with the same money if it is a hotel. Be aware that because it is an old building and at side street, the first impression is a bit uncomfortable. Once you go inside the flat, it is OK. I felt safe all the time and the location is really central with easy access to underground and taxi.

I just wanted to say that I am very glad that I found this hotel. They are all very professional, when something goes wrong at an apartment they always have someone out to fix things very quickly, or when I am unable to get the internet to work they send someone to help within minutes. Their staff are so friendly and welcoming and the fact that they all remember guest's name is wonderful. Apartments have high-speed wi-fi and cable internet connection which was very reliable for my business purposes. Jacuzzi bath-tub is something you cann't avoid to relax if you know what I mean. I look forward to my next trip in a couple of weeks and will definitely stay at Partner Guest House again.
